Why do you want to remove endorsement caps, which are in place as a regional security measure?
Do you have any plans as Delegate, regarding the different Ministries?
How would you achieve your goals of increasing activity?
The first question was: I want to improve security in the region.
Second: I have no plans, i want to be from the community.
Third: By hosting community game shows, More invites from the telegram, and Bots.

How would removing the endorsement cap increase security? In my eyes all that would do is make it easier for a potential coup or accidental delegate replacement to happen…

We already have the regional bot, which sees quite a bit of use… what would adding more bots do, aside from putting more work on Altys, our current technical genius?
