After consulting with the government of the Oan Isles, I hereby call for the Council of the UNAC to formally condemn the government of Nystatiszna and to pass a security act calling for the governments of the member states of the UNAC to impose sanctions.
The draft of the Imposition of Economic and Sanctions on Political Figure of Nystatiszna Security Bill is as follows:
The following sanctions to be imposed:
A ban from travelling to any country or overseas territory thereof that is a member state of the UNAC
A freeze on accessing any assets of which they are a beneficial owner housed in the UNAC
A ban on any businesses from a member state of the UNAC engaging in any transaction with them or entities with which they are associated
The above sanctions are to be imposed on the following persons:

Considering the ongoing political turmoil inflicting Baykalia, in particular the self-exile of former Chancellor Lady Posol and the lack of faith in the collapsed political structure, a vote took place on the 2nd of December 2021 to occupy the nation in the pursuit of greater stability and security on our continent. The vote concluded the same day with 11 in favor of occupation, two against occupation, and two abstentions.
The occupation will be implemented within a month, primarily by the neighboring countries of Great Morstaybishlia and Oscrelia, with sapient aid from the other UNAC members.

There is no guarantee that citizens of the UNAC extradited to Packilvania will have their sapient rights upheld because the following practices are permitted:

To the assembled governments of Aurora:
Tretrid has long acted as an unofficial member of the Auroran community. In light of the recent war, the Government of Tretrid has taken time to reevaluate its foreign policy in Aurora.
After consideration, we intend to apply for observer status in the United Nations of the Auroran Continent (UNAC). We hope that its stronger institutions will prove more effective at maintaining a general peace on the continent than its predecessor.
Unless an arrangement can otherwise be made, the Government of Tretrid intends to formally submit its application for observer status upon the establishment of the necessary bodies. This will likely occur in late July of this year.
We hope that the agreements made in Aura will prove to be the basis of a peaceful and lasting future for Aurora.

In the interest of greater harmony and in the hopes that the Norgsveltian Crown Realm and the Auroran continent may grow closer economically, the Crown State of Vakrestrender hereby requests to become an Observer to the United Nations of the Auroran Continent.
Norgsveltian-Valkyr relations towards the Auroran continent have shown a steady movement towards closeness in recent decades, most especially in the entertainment and construction sectors. Examples include taking part in construction opportunities since the 1970s in Oscrelia and various other related projects relating to the entertainment sector. With such economic links, it is belief that my government holds in service to the Norgsveltian-Valkyr people that it would be mutually beneficial for the greater harmony of the region for the Crown Jarldom of Vakrestrender Isles to become an Observer to the UNAC.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS & DIPLOMACY OF THE LIMBOESE REPUBLIC TO THE UNITED NATIONS OF THE AURORAN CONTINENT
Hello.
Since the founding of our country, the people have always desired to cooperate with other nations, in harmony and peace. Unfortunately, recent events on the international political scene have made us abandon this desire for fear of war.
Although our diplomatic relations have not been that close, we hope that this will change in the future. That is why we want to take this first step, as a united country.
According to Law 52/1983, section 1, art. 11, paragraph 1, respectively section 2, art. 4, paragraph 1, letter c): “The President of the Limboese Republic, after consulting the Parliament of the Republic, may ask the people to express their will through a referendum on issues of national interest. (…) Issues of national interest are considered (…) integration into intergovernmental organizations or structures for an indefinite period”.
On the date of 05 July 2020, as the afformentioned law states, a referendum on accession to the Single Auroran Market took place, passing with 72.3% of the popular vote in favor of accession.
The people have decided, and the government must obey. That is why we inform you of the desire, not of the National Government, but of the Limboese people as a whole, to enter the Single Auroran Market.
We hope that this decision will be the beginning of a diplomatic rapprochement between your organization and our nation and we also hope we will not regret this decision.

I have the honor to inform you of the Limboese people’s desire to join the United Nations of the Auroran Continent, a desire that was shown by the majority favorable result in the referendum held on 26 February 2025.
As you know, a referendum on joining UNAC was held the previous day, which passed the popular vote with 64.2% of the votes in favor. We certainly want this to happen, but the decision is yours.
I hope that the wish of my people will be heard by all member states.

I have served the Auroran continent and her people for many years, but no office has made me more proud than that of the President of the Auroran Monetary Fund. While under my term, we have set up the organisation and given assistance to distressed economies, it is time for me to pass on the baton. Given that I have been elected as the Secretary-General of the International Forum, I can no longer remain in my post and I formally submit my resignation.
In terms of the rules of the AMF, the General Assembly of the AMF is required to vote for a new President. And I would kindly like to ask you to oversee the electoral process.
