That’s correct… I need to figure out what to do with that one. Probably on the next update I will re-name it “Tasselvalta”
But yeah, pretty much any number plot except for 03 in that recent map update is claimable.
I could easily be incorrect, but I think Bakostrovia asked for plot 77 rather than plot 75. It may need to be updated as well which would leave 75 open.
I initially thought this too, but Bak caught my mistake by making a post http://z1.invisionfree.com/forums/The_East_Pacific/index.php?showtopic=6056&view=findpost&p=5552499, saying he actually wanted 75. Plot 28 is involved in lead-based diplomacy via Rubicon (I WILL be posting more this weekend), but don’t let that scare you off.
