The reason is that we believe we were too hasty in joining an alliance in international waters. We believe we should strengthen relations with nations closer to us, before reaching out to other areas.
We have learned and benefited much from this alliance, but we have not been also able to help you. We thank you for our time here, and hope this alliance becomes even more reowned than it’s predeseccor.
We may one day consider this alliance, when Zukchiva is more developed and will be able to join and contribute to the alliance, and make it even greater.
