Foreign Affairs Department & Wikichang’s Healthcare Department
Following the events during 2016, The United States of Wikichang government is now correcting the actions from the period now known as the Kuvira’s Republic, during which all civil rights and social freedoms were banned, now the new elected president Jacob Müller is presenting along with the Foreign Affairs Minister, Kevin Lang and the Healthcare Department Chief, Dr. Alonso Garcia, a new proposal to create a truly Universal Healthcare Act which follows the leaders Democratic Socialist movement.
The Foreign Affairs Department offers an official invitation to all ministers and leaders for a reunion to be held on January 28th, 2017 in the Healthcare National Institute in New New York City, the Universal Healthcare Act proposed by our presidents follows the next points:
1-. All Nations signing the act would be entitled to provide Free Universal Healthcare to its citizens in a period no longer than 15 months after the ratification of the act.
2-. The budget for the Healthcare Department would be determined by each nation as long as is over 1% of their GDP.
3-. Each nation would be responsible for upgrading the current infrastructure to ensure top quality in medical treatment.
4-. Any citizen from a signing nation would be granted free access to healthcare in any other nation that ratified the Act and is a member nation.
5-. All signing nations would be members of the Universal Healthcare Union, the headquarters of said organization would be located on any member nation, (to be voted), where all decisions related to the healthcare system would be discused in order to provide a better understanding of international medical treatment and technology improvements
5-. By the end of the fiscal year, every member nation of the Universal Healthcare Union would be entitled to provide a registry of all foreign citizens treated under the Act, in order to provide with the financial resources each nation needs to keep the quality and the coverage of their respective citizens under the Healthcare system.
All nations interested in participating please confirm your attendance to the event, all acommodations would be provided by the United States of Wikichang government. We are excited to reach an international agreement for all citizens in Urth.
