In order to form a better future for the nations of Urth her majesty, High Queen Ayrinn Taube, welcomes other sovereign nations for business, cultural exchange, scientific advancement, and continuation of positive relationships. To best assist nations with determining what forms of cooperation would be the most beneficial to both Uspria and themselves the High Queen has prepared a small note detailing Uspria and its culture as a brief forward.
