Pavlovic was born into a middle-class family as an only child of Engel Pavlovic and Eva Vasilly. His father was a local politician, who ran for mayor of Cvetkovic but was somewhat unpopular despite many things he had planned to give hope towards the people of Cvetkovic. Serpiko was groomed heavily for politics by his father, often being forced to read books on law and politics which actually unusually gave Serpiko interest in the topic. At 11 years old his mother died from an unexpected brain aneurysm, which led to his several years’ long depression. In his history class in gymnasium, he had learned that Valokchia fell apart from an empire nearly twice or three times its size, from civil war caused by Jacobins against the monarch government. The bit of history angered him, causing his shift towards a more nationalist and Pan-Valokchianist doctrine, it was to the point of fascism, which he actually dedicated himself to learning more about. He had joined the Social Nationalist Party at aged 16, and was welcomed and somewhat respected due to his dedication in the cause the party was going for, and in just only 2 years he was appointed as the chairman of a party with over 2 million followers.
He was staunch in his position, believing that Humans, the largest minority group in Valokchia, were oppressing the majority Vulpines for their “privilege” which his leadership caused a gradual rise in membership, mostly by Vulpines joining in and agreeing with his opinions. He coined his ideas as “Pavlism” an idea most similar to Maxism with complete Vulpine domination in a country, as well as the country’s nationalism. In May of 2018, Pavlovic and his party after months of planning unexpectedly seized the parliamentary building in Voskakova and other capital buildings all over Valokchia, forcefully asserting his ideas to the national level, reforming the Valokchian Federation to the Empire of Valokchia.
Politically, Serpiko aligns in the far-right, a great believer in Pan-Valokchianism, a concept which involves reunification of the former territory lost by Valokchia after it’s civil war from 1917-1921. He has a deep hatred for socialists and left-aligning people, who try creating a complete economic control or creating too much freedom, which he would think would lead to people representing themselves by the bad choices they make. He believes in a nation of disciplined, intelligent, and hard-working people who are ethically Valokchian and Vulpine. He has a dislike towards Humans due to them oppressing the majority population. But, he is abhorrent towards ethnically Auroran people, regardless of their race, and is willing to suppress his own just for being born on Auroran soil, he dislikes constant intervention by nations in Aurora despite geographic location, and their imperialism in the past, which is quite ironic given how his ideas and opinions radiates imperialism as well.
