The matter at hand is an amendment to the language of Concordat Article B.5. Its effect is to render explicit the power of the Magisterium to repeal treaties by majority vote.

This referendum has closed. Of the 12 ballots cast, all unanimously assented to the amendment as presented in the referendum. Therefore, in accordance with Concordat Article I.2, this amendment passes into law.
