[Vote] Referendum on Article H and Article I of the Concordat (2023.1)

The referendum fails.

The voters contributed 17 ballots. Of which, 15 ballots were valid. 53% of valid ballots voted AYE; 40% of valid ballots voted NAY; and 7% of valid ballots ABSTAINED. Concordat Article I Section 2 requires 2/3 (66.7%) of valid ballots to support the referendum. Without this support, the Concordat stands as-is.

All information used to determine the validity of Voter Registration is included below. Conveniently all valid voters were present in the January 2023 Audit.

Not that it matters and will change the outcome of this referendum but I believe Wiranath’s vote is Nay and not Aye.
