The voting period for this referendum has concluded. The Conclave will review the integrity of all submitted votes, with respect to Registered Voter status and the Concordat, and report the result of the referendum within the day.
Any edits or new ballots submitted after the conclusion of the voting period will be discarded. Do not intentionally edit or delete your ballot.
The referendum fails.
The voters contributed 17 ballots. Of which, 15 ballots were valid. 53% of valid ballots voted AYE; 40% of valid ballots voted NAY; and 7% of valid ballots ABSTAINED. Concordat Article I Section 2 requires 2/3 (66.7%) of valid ballots to support the referendum. Without this support, the Concordat stands as-is.
All information used to determine the validity of Voter Registration is included below. Conveniently all valid voters were present in the January 2023 Audit.
Not that it matters and will change the outcome of this referendum but I believe Wiranath’s vote is Nay and not Aye.
