What´s the World Assembly Center

World Assembly Center (WAC) - Tep Forum | 404 - Link Expired - , what is that? The regional head quarters of the World Assembly. That explained it all, right? … No? … Oh well. Let´s try harder then.
In nationstates (NS) - http://www.nationstates.net - there is a game feature called world assembly (WA) - NationStates | The World Assembly - where all NS nations can apply to join (1 nation per player though). Those who join can propose (if you have 2 or more endorsements) and vote in resolutions that either affect member nations like if it were an extra issue or commend, condemn or liberate regions (individual nations can be commended/condemned as well).
The general assembly (GA) - NationStates | General Assembly - is a council that pass the resolution that affect all member nations. The security council (SC) - http://www.nationstates.net/page=sc - is the one responsible for commend, condemn or liberate regions/individuals.
That said, back to WAC! Our WAC is an office in our regional government responsible for announcing to TEP the resolutions to be voted, the result of said votings and to hold regional voting that decide how our delegate vote. Why? Many teppers are WA members, so its good to know what happens there and the delegate vote is extra important because his vote counts for as many endorsements he/she has. In feeder regions like ours, delegates have so much endos that a evenly matched WA voting can be decided by their vote alone.
