Harkens back to the ancient Barbary pirate types of ancient rimes.
A chat with Aelitia tonight lead to the idea of E = Yasteria Minor and the peninsula with Dovakhin, SH, and Aelitia being the Arcturian Peninsula. #13 would then carry the name Arcturian Sea, but be also referred to poetically as the Plundered Ocean.
edit- Or the water nearest the Pax coastline be Arcturian Sea and the entire body of water the Plundered Ocean.

This is ok. Plundered ocean could be a local thing as ancient Packilvania was a full of “Barbary” pirates.
Same concept as no one in the PD uses “Bay of Joy”. Locally it would be Hikaru’s Gulf. Hikaruton is near it.
We obviously have a few spots left to name. This will also serve as the foundation for v3.0 of the map.
