Where else can I talk with TEPers / Where do you hang out?
We’re always on the forums. Just kidding. Seriously though, TEP has two major outlets that are outside of the region and the regional forums. Historically, services like AIM and MSN were popular and in mid 2014 Skype took over that popularity as MSN closed. Since 2016, Discord has been on the rise in The East Pacific after regions started using the service in the Autumn of 2015 and it’s become the more favoured medium for communication across the game off-site due to its versatility, increased security and updated appearance making it preferable to the aging IRC protocol.
So as a result of all that we use a few different mediums in the modern era of communication. We’re super up to date with all the cool kids [citation needed].
