Wikichang’s President Kuvira Chang Officially invites all Urth Leaders to a Gala Event to be held in New New York, on May 30th of 2015 in order to celebrate the new Cultural and Educational Exchange Organisation foundation.

The Gala will be host in the Parliament Building in New New York. Hotels around the zone are already booked up for the world leaders and all travel expenses will be paid by the Wikichang government.
The night also will be follow by a banquet with Wikichang’s most traditional cuisine and liquor and a ferry trip around the rivers in New New York and the Lake Superior shore.

The event also represent the public presentation of the New Wikichang President Kuvira Chang, after the former President Alan Chang fell into a coma several week ago.

OOC- We are still in the negotiating stages of the treaty after Southern Yugoslavia proposed some changes. I like the idea of this and would love to get involved but could we perhaps hang off until the CEEO Treaty has been finalised.
