ORDER OF CONCLAVE:

For reasons of violating an Order to Appear duly ordered by this Court, Conclave hereby issues an Order regarding
Contempt of Court in the matter.

Due to Biosphere 1 failing to appear after being served with a subpoena, she is hereby restricted to Conclave for CONTEMPT OF COURT.

The restriction shall be enforced until such a time that any one of the following are fulfilled:

[ul][li]The individual makes it known to the Viceroy that she will answers questions concerning the statement of March 17, 2015,
[li]Three months have elapsed since the citation of contempt. [/li][/ul]
Should the ban be allowed to expire, the Citation of Contempt shall be re-issued and re-instated.
