Permabans are permabans. Unless reversed by the Conclave, the bans will stand for as long as the government instituted by the Concordat exists in power.
Arrest warrants are basically Orders that will initiate a trial should the accused appear in any place within TEP’s jurisdiction. They are given when the accused fails to appear for their trial at the date posted by the Viceroy.
If you see one of the above people within The East Pacific, please notify the Viceroy or Delegate for further action.
The East Pacific’s jurisdiction is:

The East Pacific forums (partially used by the government, owned by TEP administration)
TEP Hub Discord Server (owned by TEP administration).
There is little the Conclave can do if the sighted person is not found within or using the services listed above. Another thing: the Conclave has no jurisdiction over people who are posting from another region on TEP’s regional message board.
“Searched For Persons of the East Pacific” means if they ever show up in TEP again, they’re going immediately to trial.
