I do not have a lot of experience in TEP. I have been a member of the legislative in the past, but I did not do much. In other regions, most of the time I worked in internal affairs positions, and approved citizens all the time. If I really had to characterize my career, it would be approving citizenships 80% of the time, and 20% other. It is an easy way to help out.
Pursuant to the reformation of the Conclave, Citcom is temporarily suspended until the elected viceroy determines a committee of several members to serve in this capacity. The delegate recommends at least one committee member is an active member of the forum administration so that various checks outlined elsewhere may be done in a complete yet timely fashion.
As far as I am able to tell, the Viceroy never removed the permissions of the named people on Citicom.
My position as Chair of the Commission is outdated, but the other appointed members in my opinion, are able to continue processing applications. Should as accept that the Viceroy did not explicitly remove these people, we can determine the Commission’s Membership to have remained. The easiest solution would be for the Delegate to appoint a Minister of Immigration to fulfill the ex-officio post on the commission.
As a note Pax accepted the appointment, and is processing citizenship applications out of neccessity. No one else was doing it. If the commission can obtain active members to process citizenship applications, I will step back and only return in emergency situations. I believe there is a conflict of interest for the Chief Admin of the forum to maintain any governmental role outside of emergency situations.

Members of citcom, please for all the caek in the world, please take care of citizenship apps.
If those in this body believe it to be applicable, please find individuals who can approve and mask citizens. I will certainly serve, and my request from 33 days ago still stands.
