Conclave Order: ARREST WARRANT AGAINST BIOSPHERE 1
Via a majority vote of the Conclave

NOTING that on March 28, 2015, the Conclave, as represented by Viceroy British Grand Pacific, ordered Biosphere 1 to appear in court to testify on the matter of John Doe (Old Federalia, et al.)

FURTHER NOTING that on April 5th, 2015, the Conclave declared the matter to be out of their jurisdiction

FURTHER NOTING that on April 5th, 2015, the Conclave instated a citation against Biosphere 1, charging her with “CONTEMPT OF COURT”, for failure to answer the Conclave’s subpoena.

REALIZING that it has been more than four years since the issuing of this citation, and that Biosphere 1 has still continued to fail to answer the subpoena and the citation.

BELIEVING that there is just cause to set out an Arrest Warrant for this citizen, as following the Conclave’s official opinion in the “Question on Admission” Judicial Review, which ruled on the matter of Citizen Unibot failing to appear for trial.

Therefore,
For failure to answer the citation set against them, the accused, known as Biosphere 1, is hereby declared to be arrested on sight, with a Warrant of Arrest being set against them for a period of one month. Should the Warrant prove unsuccessful, the Conclave shall reconvene to determine its next steps.
