Class - 3 Tourist status will permit your citizens to visit designation areas of our nation specifically groomed for the tourism industry. In the future, if relations between our governments reach an acceptable level, you will be eligible to request a Class - 2 Authorization, which will permit your citizens to visit areas not specifically groomed for the tourism industry barring government, industrial, and military locations, or a Class - 1, which will permit your citizens to visit government, industrial, and military locations.

In addition, we’d like to apply for an unorthodox or, at least, unmentioned matter. We’d like to know if a Cultural Exchange would be possible between Mexregiona and Free Syllvin. If so, you’d be put under the umbrella our office has set up, which transports to your islands certain cultural aspects of our nation from time to time.
On the other hand, we’d like to commend your wisdom when it comes to the acceptance of joining alliances. We highly recommend you learn more about the Fire Pact before you consider joining. In fact, the Pact is debatable at best, and has recently gone to war with the South East Pacific Coalition (SEPC; which our nation is a member of).

On the other hand, we’d like to give you basic summaries of three organizations. Keep in mind that we may be heavily biased in the matter. However, we’ll try to be objective.
The South East Pacific Coalition (SEPC):
-Members are from all around the world, but are centralized on the continent of Aurora.
-Defensive and militaristic organization; membership, depending on nation, may or may not be permanent.
-Doesn’t influence the internal workings of nations too significantly.
-Has multiple founders.
The Fire Pact:
-Members are from all around the world.
-Defensive, militaristic, and arguably ideological organization; membership is, for the most part, set in stone for a decade.
-Significantly influences the internal workings of nations.
-Has one founder and true leader: [nation]Celannica[/nation].
The Auroran Continental Assembly (ACA):
-Members are limited to the confines of the continent of Aurora.
-Defensive organization.
-Influence on national internal workings is little to none.
-Has multiple founders.

Of course, your nation, most likely, would not be allowed into the ACA, but the SEPC and the Pact, I am sure, would gladly take you in. I would like to apologize because due to past experiences, I was under the impression that by selecting Disaster Relief and Military Materiel Contributions that my nation would help your nation should a disaster struck and give military contributions to your nation, and not the other way around.

Secondly, here is a brief summary and benefits for joining the Fire Pact Alliance as you requested: The Fire Pact Alliance (FPA) is an international governmental organization designed to promote international co-operation through mutual development and military protection of member states that are located across the world. The Main Goal for the FPA is to basically help the world and the nations in it, but in order for us to continue our work, we must continue to advance our Three Minor Goals: Growth, Trade, and Protection. Growth represents the Alliance/member states gaining more influence/power, Trade represents the trading system of the FPA that would allow it’s members to economically help development in each other’s nations, and Protection represents defending another member nation from their enemies and extends to helping with each other crisis’s such as economic collapses or natural disaster. Overall, joining the FPA will help grow your economy, gain free trade access with all other members, recieve protection against all forms of threats regardless of what they are, and allows assistance in helping whatever goal’s you had in mind such as building a Space Station or gaining more territory for your nation.

OOC: When you grant an embassy, it automatically means you recognise that country diplomatically. You can however recognise a country without starting an embassy. For example, the Oan Isles recognises Latianburg, but the embassy in Kuthernburg is the conduit for diplomacy. This happens when relations are chilly or the country doesn’t have the money to maintain a lot of embassies or the country does not fall within its strategic interests. An embassy is not just an office to issue visas. It’s a symbol of the fact that you recognise that the country it represents is a sovereign state.

Please review your decision. I presume you accept our help with the Gear project. I’m sure you have your own way of doing things, but diplomacy has standard procedures and language to prevent confusion

The Confederate Islands of Free Syllvin is currently reviewing the military spending of our previous regime, and has found that the amount of naval ships is too costly to continue maintaining.
