A communique from the Royal Republic of Furnifold to all interested nations:

The Royal Republic of Furnifold (short: Furnifold) is a nation about 170,000 km[sup]2[/sup] in size and contains a population of 16 million people. It lies on the continent of Yasteria. Furnifold has a fledgling economy, as it is beginning to transition from an agriculturally dominant economy to a service-based economy. The capital city is McLendal, which is located almost in the heart of the nation, at the confluence of two major rivers of Furnifold, the Carrington River and the Ayx River.

Furnifold seeks to establish working relations with other nations, in the form of diplomatic recognition, embassy exchange, trade agreements, foreign direct investment opportunities, and cultural exchanges. Due to its laws regarding the international interactions of Furnifold, only nations will be able to pursue investments into the country. If a business within a nation wishes to engage in an investment opportunity, they must be sponsored by their home nation’s foreign affairs office.

Currently two priorities of Furnifold are to pursue agreements for goods the country must import, and to receive foreign direct investment to bolster the manufacturing and industry of the country.

This functions as a standard Visa authorization, and allows citizens of a nation with one to visit all areas of Free Syllvin barring government property and industrial sites.
