WHEREAS numerous foreign dignitaries including ambassadors retain accounts on the East Pacific forums, and
WHEREAS these foreign dignitaries need greater permissions on the East Pacific forums than non-citizens but are not citizens, and
WHEREAS the forum administration of the East Pacific has requested the Magisterium provide advice on the treatment of ambassadors and other foreign dignitaries,
THEREFORE, the Magisterium resolves as follows:
RECOMMENDS that the East Pacific forum administration create a permission mask and user group for ambassadors and foreign dignitaries, entitled “Foreign Dignitaries,” and grant holders of that permission mask regular permissions for all public areas of the East Pacific forum.
RECOMMENDS that the East Pacific forum administration set the color of this permission mask and user group as yellow.
RECOMMENDS that the East Pacific forum administration apply the citizen permission mask and user group to any individual that is both a citizen and a foreign dignitary, except if that citizen requests the application of the foreign dignitary permission mask.
RECOGNIZES that this resolution shall be known and cited as the Foreign Dignitaries Mask Resolution.
