Though we cannot help but note how casually and permanently any lingering concepts of nuclear nonproliferation seem to have been cast aside, the Kingdom of Cryria supports this initiative to examine the matter of Durakia’s atomic arsenal for the purposes of regional wellbeing. Should the League of Novaris support this move, we are prepared to provide subject matter experts from the Royal Atomic Commission, Foreign Ministry, and Ministry of Defense to act as our representatives in this matter.
Given the extraordinarily short timeframe in which these inspections will begin and be completed, we shall endeavor to have our personnel prepared swiftly.
The Vesienvällic Worker’s State will be pleased to send a team of investigators to Durakia at your invitation. In light of tensions in the region, both pre-existing and new, we agree that transparency is in the best interest of peace. While, ultimately, the Miner’s Republic of Durakia is a sovereign state with the inherent right to conduct their own affairs as they see fit, and the Worker’s State does not seek to claim otherwise, it is encouraging to see this kind of candor in international affairs.
A team consisting of officials from the Vesienvällic Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, along with the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Workers Subcommittee on Nuclear Power and Regulation, and members of the nuclear sciences faculty of the University of Sarvipiste will be dispatched to Durakia according to the timetable as established by Durakia and the Queendom of Iboma. The Crown Dominion of Transnalpia has always found it in its best interests to cooperate with the League of Novaris, given how vital we deem international goodwill within Novaris to be. However, in no small part due to our policy of neutrality within Novaris, we have seen fit to only participate in the League in the capacity of an Observer State.
We have recently decided that it would be mutually beneficial if we were to work with the League more closely, in no small part due to the emphasis the League is currently placing on its Novaran Transportation Network (NTN). We wish to have more of a say with the direction of the NTN and its funding. Therefore, we hereby formally apply for status as a Member-State within the League, and will soon expect a discussion in the Novaran Council regarding the matter per §1.3 of the Charter of the League of Novaris.

The Novaran Council has recently voted to CONDEMN the Church of Xaethos and its recent actions regarding the Kingdom of Alksearia. As per resolution from the Council, the League of Novaris will be applying a series of sanctions against Archbishop Rhea, the Church, and associated individuals. The following is a nonexhaustive list of sanctions:
The League and its Member-States shall recognize neither the self-proclaimed “Theocratic Kingdom of Alksearia” as a sovereign, legitimate state nor Archbishop Rhea as “Queen.”
All economic assets belonging to the Church of Xaethos, Archbishop Rhea, or associated individuals with the government of Member-States shall be frozen or seized, and shall not be returned until a resolution of the Novaran Council specifically does so.
Member-States shall cut off all economic engagement with the Church of Xaethos, Archbishop Rhea, or associated individuals and shall be forbidden from initiating any further exchange of goods and services until sactions are lifted.
Observer-States are strongly encouraged to apply similar sanctions.
We have determined that these measures are necessary to preserve international stability and for continued international harmony. We do not take such actions lightly.
