Written Application: The United Confederation of Volkheimic States has, since its formation in 1922, remained a mostly isolated and reserved state, save for trade and maritime exchange. As the continent becomes increasing dangerous, with threats looming around the corner, it is in the best interests of Volkheim to open her doors to formal diplomacy. Therefore we make our application to join this league. As a member of the league, we vow to do our best to assist in anyway we reasonably can and hope to assist in furthering peace on the continent.

Thøn would like to apply for membership in the League of Novaris. We are interested in greater unity and cooperation on a global scale. We want to see every nation grow and prosper, and we want to lend them a helping hand. And be given a helping hand in tough times.
