WHEREAS the administration of the East Pacific Forums has always acted independently from the East Pacific government, and

WHEREAS the East Pacific government has always acted independently from the East Pacific forum administration,

NOW THEREFORE, the Magisterium resolves as follows:

  1. That the Concordat provides the government of the East Pacific no authority over the administration of the East Pacific off-site forums;

  2. That the East Pacific off-site forums are the property of 1 Infinite Loop and that the East Pacific government cannot assume authority over the East Pacific off-site forums even if it amends the Concordat to provide for such without the express consent of 1 Infinite Loop;

  3. That the government of the East Pacific should endeavor to cooperate and collaborate with the administrators of the East Pacific off-site forums for the good of the residents and citizens of the East Pacific but should respect the autonomy of those administrators; and

  4. That this resolution may be known as the “Forum Administration Resolution”.
