@Mex (Mex): For his exemplary work in regional government and roleplay.

@drakkengard (Drakkengard): For his work as Arbiter, Viceroy, and Magister of the East Pacific, in which he helped craft government policy and precedent that stands to this day.

@A mean old man A mean old man: For his work as a Delegate, Citizen, and Vizier, in which he helped to fine tune the region’s security policies and helped improve the East Pacific’s legislation. Also for his impertinent advice and work he preformed after the attempted coup by Delegate Fedele.

@Lazlowia (Lazlowia): For his excellency in serving as one of the first Arbiters of the East Pacific as well as being a leading example in roleplaying.

@Kelssek (Kelssek): For his work as a Magister, in which he helped craft many of the East Pacific’s legal concepts which still exist in law today.

Daanistan: For his essential work in aiding A Slanted Black Stripe in freeing the East Pacific from the Empire, as well as his contributions to government and roleplay post-coup.

Wachovia Coalition: For his activity within forum roleplay from the founding of the East Pacific to the Empire coup, activity which kept forum roleplay alive and helped it to grow after he left the game.

@Fish Island (Fish Island): For his immense contributions to the East Pacific as a roleplayer, as well as in his service as one of the region’s most earliest Magisters.

@President of HoopHoopland (President of Hoophoopland): For his contributions in helping to jump-start forum roleplay in the East Pacific in 2004, known today as TEP Evolved.

@Codex (Codex): For his legal expertise where he served as an Arbiter and Magister, as well as serving in a prominent role while helping to craft the Charter, the regional constitution that guided the East Pacific’s pre-Empire government.

Lothlanderamore: For his importance in the East Pacific’s history. Without the invasion of the Farkers, of whom he lead, it is doubtful the East Pacific would be what it is today.

@Barb (Barb): For her contribution to East Pacifican justice, serving as the second Viceroy of the East Pacific as well as in her crafting of the Standing Orders of the Conclave, which still guide regional justice to this day.

@Aelitia (Aelitia): For his immense contributions to East Pacifican law, including but not limited too the reformation of the Conclave and a redrafting of the Concordat.

@Ramaeus (Ramaeus): For his excellence in his services as a Delegate and Vizier to the region, in which he helped to promote activity and maintain the region’s security, as well as his impertinent advice and work he preformed after the attempted coup by Delegate Fedele.

@Atlae (The Atlae Isles) - for revival of Eastern Pacific Sovereign Army post-coup; for developing EPSA to the stage it has not seen for years; for incredible job done within news service both before and after the coup; for service as Magister; for service as Senior Diplomat (and member of Inner Circle of FA) and help with revival of Foreign Affairs of The East Pacific post-coup; for general contribution to all of the Executive as Staffer

[Roleplay] Participant of important events, leading figure in the recruitment for Forum RP, especially during the Drew Wave of April and May 2020, and member of the Forum RP Department of Interaction. Creator of the Cukish language and its wikipage. Received several RP Awards. [Government] Part of the Executive since the failure of the Coup. Played an important role in bringing Forum RP closer to the Government. Served in Libertanny’s Cabinet, firstly as Cabinet Advisor, then as Minister of Education, who caused revival of University of The East Pacific, for the first time in years. Participated in important events, such as TWP-TEP treaty repeal. Also for service as Vizier, Deputy Provost, Senior Moderator of Forum, active Citizen, previously Dean of University and Deputy Minister of Manpower.

[Roleplay] Service as Roleplay Moderator and estimately half of the year of service as Roleplay Administrator (as of the moment of granting this OGO). Led Forum RP Administration work reorganisation and revitalisation. Service as Cartographer since 2016, during which Dylan has worked on political updates, modern topography and development of Urth HR map. Restructured the entire Cartographum and created a voting system. Tirelessly recruited newcomers and guided them, actively worked alongside other Roleplayers to bring more activity to the Urth. Created the structure of Roleplay Awards and structure of voting for Forum RP Ambassador to the Cabinet, during Libertanny’s Administration. Restructurized RP Discord Server, created Staff body, restructurized Claims threads and rules. Although Aga (Eunopiar / Agalaesia) joined The East Pacific quite recently, they did such an astonishing and mad job, that not receiving OGO would be a shame. For service as Minister of Information, who brought new life and new aesthetics to the Eastern Pacific News Service and total restructurization and revitalisation of the Ministry and EPNS. For service as Chronicler, during which Aga created astonishingly active and detailed updates and revitalised the office of Chronicler. For being active Advisor not only to the Delegate, but to all those seeking help and answers. For service as Mentor, who helped with guiding newcomers. For advising the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on important matters. For creation of STEP, a newcomers guide to The East Pacific. For help with running REWARD, TEP’s WA Development Program. For general loyalty to The East Pacific, patriotism, activity and helpfulness.

For service as one of the most notable and most active Chief Minister of Foreign Affairs, during which Virgolia kept insane activity within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, kept the highest diplomatic standards, actively managed discord server, dipomats’ jobs and actively debated important matters within the Inner Circle of Foreign Affairs. For service as behind-the-door Advisor to the Delegate Libertanny, during which Virgolia was handed the most secret information and intels and never left the Delegate without a sensible advise. For past activity as RMB Roleplayer. For insane patriotism, regionalism, love to The East Pacific and loyalty to the legitimate Government. For never being afraid to share own opinions, even if controversial.

@Wallenburg (Wallenburg)
For impressively long service as Minister of World Assembly Affairs / Chief Minister of World Assembly Affairs, under Administrations of Fedele, Marrabuk and Libertanny. For bringing life and creating whole structure and processes of Ministry of World Assembly Affairs. For creating the MoWAA “as we know today”. For using Minister’s powers during the coup, to actively oppose it and spread pro-TEP and pro-democratic message. For active service as Arbiter under Administration of two different Delegates (Marrabuk and Libertanny) and keeping the highest pronciples of objectivity and morality, in addition, for service as the Viceroy. For their work on developing REWARD on its planning stage, for active contribution to ExeCons (Executive meetings with either itself or the Residents). For caring about The East Pacific’s interest enough, to lose a huge amount of endorsements, just to participate in Liberation of South Pacific, one of the biggest military events of 2020. For impressively active contribution to the Regional Message Board of The East Pacific, as both Roleplayer (that crated a prominent alliance & for founding TAZE roleplay on the RMB, which kept older RMBers active in the RMB) and Regional Officer (that kept the place safe and lawful). For active service as Senior Diplomat, who helped establish the current hierarchy and system of Inner Circle, Senior Diplomats and Diplomatic Spheres, just to succeed the former Chief Minister of Foreign Affairs as one. For revitalisation and restructurization of FA Discord and keeping Inner Circle and SDs engaged as CMoFA. For active service as Minister of Culture, during which Aivintis spearheaded several news ideas and initiatives for polls and festival. For tireless work during Paradoxical events. For foundation of Radio Culture. For active service as Vice Delegate, in which he decided to play the role as manager, who always kept Ministers pressured and made sure, they are doing the job.

Removal of British Grand Pacific (Bran Astor) from the Order of the Golden Ocelot

British Grand Pacific’s OGO was nominated for removal by (then) Delegate Libertanny on 24th January 2021. It was then seconded by (then) Vice-Delegate and Magister Aivintis on 28th January 2021. The Magisterium has voted in favor of removal, reached 100% majority and 83% quorum, therefore, meeting legal requirements to remove OGO from a Citizen / former Citizen of The East Pacific.

British Grand Pacific, also known as Bran Astor, is hereby stripped off of the Order of the Golden Ocelot.
British Grand Pacific may not wear the Order or consider self to be a member of it.

For being an influential RMBer in TEP history; for designing Valsora and playing a part in making it what it is today; for his exemplary work as Minister of Information, which has made the foundation for the Ministry today, two years later; for all his hard work in designing East Pacifican graphics, which play a valid role in regional morale and pride; for his constant work at trying to make the region better, even when people thought the best was already achieved; for his ambition in all projects and willingness to get things done even in the face of failure; for exemplary work and amazing capability as Chief Minister of Regional Affairs, Chief Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Design, Vice-Delegate, Delegate, and many other roles;

I hereby award Libertanny with the Order of the Golden Ocelot.
