NOTICE FROM THE MAGISTERIUM
Following the passage of [CA-2026-11] Concordat Amendments to Confirmation Processes, per Article D §1.2 - 1.3 of the Concordat, it is now the responsibility of the Conclave to open a referendum of the Citizens of The East Pacific to ratify this proposal as an official amendment.
