Originally an ambassador from the region of Ulthar to TEP, Barb began becoming involved in TEP by joining the early Conclave in 2011 as an Arbiter, after maintaining a social presence for 2 years.

They would eventually become TEP’s second Viceroy after Kandarin, and go on to build the foundations of the modern Conclave - including drafting the Conclave’s very first Standing Orders.

In their capacity as Arbiter and Viceroy, Barb would also make Conclave guides and preside over the Concordat’s first Judicial Reviews and trials - setting precedent for future Conclaves in the process.
