"For his importance in the East Pacific’s history. Without the invasion of the Farkers, of whom he lead, it is doubtful the East Pacific would be what it is today.”

Nominee Description:

  • Lothlanderamore, or Loth, was an early invader when NationStates began in 2003. He and some other invaders from Farker.com invaded and seized the East Pacific in 2003, a month after the region was made.

  • Loth then became TEP’s Delegate, and when TEP (a then UCR) became a GCR, they became its first true leader - albeit for a few weeks - before handing the region off to 1 Infinite Loop.

  • Interestingly, since TEP becoming a GCR was unexpected, Loth made a new policy to banject any new spawns at first. They later loosened the policy to banning just any UN nation not endorsing them.

Barb

Viceroy, Arbiter

"For her contribution to East Pacifican justice… as well as in her crafting of the Standing Orders of the Conclave, which still guide regional justice to this day.”

Nominee Description:

  • Originally an ambassador from the region of Ulthar to TEP, Barb began becoming involved in TEP by joining the early Conclave in 2011 as an Arbiter, after maintaining a social presence for 2 years.

  • They would eventually become TEP’s second Viceroy after Kandarin, and go on to build the foundations of the modern Conclave - including drafting the Conclave’s very first Standing Orders.

  • In their capacity as Arbiter and Viceroy, Barb would also make Conclave guides and preside over the Concordat’s first Judicial Reviews and trials - setting precedent for future Conclaves in the process.

Aelitia

"For his immense contributions to East Pacifican law, including but not limited too the reformation of the Conclave and a redrafting of the Concordat.”

Nominee Description:

  • The first modern legal scholar since the Concordat’s formative years, Aelitia was a well-known TEPer who wrote much of TEP’s statutory laws in around 2014-2015.

  • Beyond their Magisterium work, Aelitia was one of the most notable Viceroys of the Conclave - revamping the Conclave in 2016 so much so that his influences still exist to this day.

  • Aelitia also played an important role in fighting Fedele’s 2019 coup attempt, being the Vizier to retake the Delegacy from Fedele and later rewriting the Concordat to spearhead legislative reconstruction.

Ramaeus

"For his excellence in his services as a Delegate and Vizier to the region… as well as his impertinent advice and work he preformed after the attempted coup by Delegate Fedele.”

Nominee Description:

  • Ramaeus was one of the most notable Delegates of TEP. During his Delegacy, they worked to stabilize the East Pacific during a tumultuous foreign climate whilst recruiting heavily for the region’s army.

  • Ramaeus would also serve as a World Assembly advisor to some Delegates for a span of “many years”, as according to their Security Council commendation.

  • As a Vizier, Ramaeus would also provide vital advice in securing the region. Their advice was especially pertinent when they became a Vizier again in 2020, following Fedele’s coup attempt.

Asendavia

Arbiter, Magister, Noted Urth Roleplayer

"for playing one of the most important roles in fighting the [Fedele] coup… [and] for promotion of Forum Roleplay and actively helping newcomers with getting started…”

Nominee Description:

  • Asendavia was a noted Urth forum roleplayer, roleplaying the regional superpower of Asendavia and a multitude of other nations since 2016 until (as of 2024) the present.

  • Beyond their roleplaying, Asendavia also served as an Arbiter from 2019 for a couple of years. Most notably, they helped preside over the trials for the perpetuators of Fedele’s coup attempt.

  • During Fedele’s coup attempt and its prior build up, Asendavia participated in the Small Magisterium Cafeterium - a symbolic resistance group that aimed to oppose Fedele’s plans.

Nominee Description:

  • Having began in TEP as an Urth Roleplayer in around 2016, Atlae would soon find himself becoming involved in TEP government - first as a Magister, a role he’d stay in on/off from 2017 until 2021.

  • One of his most noted feats is as the Army’s OO in 2020, wherein he expanded EPSA’s operational capacity and manpower to heights only surpassed by Xoriet herself - marking an EPSA golden age.

  • Atlae also took charge in making the first automated version of TEP’s WA Development program REWARD - making the program more efficiently ran and thus less of a burden on the Executive.

Nominee Description:

  • First gaining Citizenship in 2015, Dragons Blood (also known as McStooley) quickly climbed up government ranks when he became Delegate in 2016 on a platform to increase forum activity.

  • McStooley was also the first Grand Vizier, after the position was established in 2020. He also wrote the first version of the Standing Orders of the Praesidium, which guides Praesidium action to this day.

  • As Vice-Delegate to Delegate Libertanny, McStooley acted in an advisory role to guide the budding Delegate in navigating Executive affairs - contributing to one of the most notable delegacies since 2019.

“for doing an awesome job as the first post-coup Delegate; for uniting all of The East Pacific’s communities and bringing regional integrity to a new level…”

Nominee Description:

  • Joining the East Pacific in 2017, Marrabuk would initially start off as an RMB roleplayer wherein he made the Eastern Union, one of the largest and most successful RMB RP alliances in RMB RP history.

  • Whilst RMB RPing, Marrabuk would work his way up government ranks - eventually becoming Delegate in 2019. Before, during, and after his election, Marrabuk also helped free the region from Delegate Fedele.

  • As Delegate, Marrabuk spearheaded the rebuilding of the region’s heavily inactive Executive. He’d also establish many of TEP’s notable foreign relations, like treaties with 10000 Islands and Balder.

Nova-Columbia

Valsora Cartographer, Noted Valsora Roleplayer

“…for reviving the project of Valsora and developing it to the point, Valsora became mainstream RMB Roleplay… [and] for creation of one of the best dispatches within The East Pacific, that inspired several other RPers”

Nominee Description:

  • A noted older RMB RPer, Nova-Columbia intitally began being known among the RMB community in 2018/2019 for their intricately made dispatches, whose style and depth were inspirational for other RMBers.

  • Following the failure of the team-based Valsora mapping project in 2018, Nova-Columbia revived the map and guided its growth for many years - establishing Valsora as the RMB’s most well-developed map.

  • In 2023, Nova-Columbia gave assent for Valsora to transfer ownership from themselves to a newly instituted mapping Council - thus successfully reviving the vision of a team-ran map after four years.

Tretrid

Nominee Description:

  • A highly respected Urth Roleplayer, Tretrid joined TEP and Urth in 2016. A few years later, they would later become involved in running TEPWiki (a mini-Urth wikipedia) alongside roleplay recruitment.

  • As a member of government, Tretrid would oversee the revival of the Eastern Pacific News Service as its Minister, consistently publishing multiple EPNS editions for 2 years after the 2019 coup attempt by Fedele.

  • Tretrid also played roles in helping revive the region’s army as a Commander under OO Atlae, alongside serving as an advisory voice for Delegates in foreign affairs matters, for a span of years from 2019.

Tuvaltastan

Nominee Description:

  • When they first joined the East Pacific in 2016, Tuvaltastan (or Tuva) first became actively involved in forum social games. However, they would soon become involved in Urth that same year.

  • Eventually, Tuva became appointed as Cartographer and then Cartographer Moderator/Director - a role in which they have consistency served since 2021 to 2024 (at present).

  • As a roleplayer, Tuva was also known for their unique ideas and passion for roleplay - being cited as “one of the most brilliant souls of the whole 16 years of history of EP Forum RP” within their OGO citation.

Zukchiva

“for working on rewriting and improving both laws and the Concordat… for contribution to RMB Roleplay as member of first RMB Mapmakers Team (first release of Valsora)… [and] Dibergia RMB Roleplay…”

Nominee Description:

  • Zukchiva was a well known older RMB RP cartographer, having made the RMB’s first official map (Dibergia), kickstarting the initial Valsora project, and serving as Cartographer under Nova-Columbia’s Valsora.

  • During his time in regional government, Zukchiva also played a key role in shaping up regional legislation, especially in the time period of legislative reconstruction right after Fedele’s coup attempt.

  • Zukchiva also played a strong advisory role in reviving/re-establishing the East Pacific’s foreign affairs from 2020 to 2022, advising Delegates on foreign policy and helping to write/establish some treaties.

New Leganes

“For recruitment for both Forum Roleplay and the overall region, for development of the Cukish conlang, and for the revival of the University of the East Pacific.” (Paraphrased.)

Nominee Description:

  • New Leganes joined the East Pacific in 2013 and fell into roleplaying with Urth. During their time in Urth, they developed a high depth Conlang called Cukish, alongside helping run many divisions of UrthVision.

  • New Leganes was also known for being a highly skilled recruiter, having recruited and mentored many Urth roleplayers during 2020 - with some of those roleplayers going on to join TEP’s government.

  • As Chancellor of UTEP, New Leganes revived the University into a model which saw sustained activity for two years - a feat no other Chancellor before or after them have replicated since.

Nominee Description:

  • Upon joining the East Pacific in 2016, Staynes became involved in Urth roleplay. They quickly became an Urth cartographer that same year until the present day (2024).

  • As a Cartographer, Staynes would develop help develop high quality versions of Urth’s map. They would also restructure the Cartography team and create a voting system to streamline decision making.

  • Staynes also played a strong role in recruiting for Urth after it fell inactive in 2019, alongside mentoring many roleplayers. It’s clear that without Staynes, Urth would be nowhere the active part of TEP it is today.

Nominee Description:

  • Pakitsk first started off as a RMBer when they joined TEP in 2017. They soon were entrusted with RMB Moderation powers - which they used to single-handedly keep the RMB clean for a span of many years.

  • From the years of 2018 to around 2021, Pakitsk was the sole official responsible for answering citizenship applications - in a time period in which TEP got sometimes 3 per day - showing remarkable dedication.

  • Pakitsk also served as a notable Arbiter, having served in the Conclave during the Fedele coup and helping preside over the resultant trials. He was also quite active in his role, sharing many legal opinions.

  • Eunopiar, also known as Aga, joined the East Pacific in 2020. They quickly made a name for themselves by becoming a highly distinguished and active staffer/Minister during Libertanny’s Delegacy.

  • One of their most noted feats was the restructuring and revitalization of EPNS, which had fallen after Tretrid had left. Aga pioneered a new magazine format as part of their work, which was a first for EPNS.

  • Beyond Libertanny’s Delegacy, Agalaesia would continue working on EPNS. They would also serve as Vice-Delegate under Delegate Altys, alongside providing general FA advice to Delegates for many years.

  • Virgolia began their journey in the East Pacific in 2018, wherein they remained as a RMB roleplayer for a couple of years, primarily during the Dibergia era of RMB RP.

  • During Marrabuk’s Delegacy, Minister of Foreign Affairs Libertanny would invite Virgolia to help give advice on foreign affairs policies and matters. Virgolia thus proceeded to be a strong FA voice for many years.

  • As Minister of Foreign Affairs under Libertanny, Virgolia would make the Ministry a well-oiled machine - keeping internal Ministry debates robust and maintaining high professionalism standards.

  • Under Delegate Fedele, Wallenburg would be appointed as Minister of World Assembly Affairs. This would begin a many-year term of service in the role, spanning a large span of years from 2019 to 2022.

  • As Minsiter of World Assembly Affairs, Wallenburg helped reinvigorate the Ministry by constantly pushing for active discussion and creating a spreadsheet to track the Ministry’s internal votes.

  • Wallenburg also served as an Arbiter from 2019 to 2022, alongside serving as Viceroy, wherein they always aimed to give principled and logical decisions during Conclave decisions.

  • Joining the region in 2019, Aivintis would start off as an RMB RPer. However, after an incident caused them to take a break from TEP and RMB RP, they returned to roleplay, but also joined the government.

  • During their time in government, Aivintis quickly established themselves as a highly noted Minister of Culture, working tirelessly to create festivals and initiatives to further bolster the region’s culture.

  • They would later serve as Delegate, wherein they helped write a treaty with Lazarus and guided the region through the Concrisis of 2022, when TEP had to deal with its constitution possibly being illegal.

Libertanny

Nominee Description:

  • As an RMB RPer in the start of their career, Libertanny partook in the initial Council that created the first version of Valsora. They were then recruited by Delegate Yuno to revive EPNS.

  • This marked a large turn for Libertanny, jumpstarting their government career. During this early phase, Libertanny focused on fixing EPNS, designing graphics, and helping Marrabuk fight off Delegate Fedele.

  • In 2020, Libertanny would become elected Delegate, wherein they promoted extreme levels of activity and new nation integration. Libertanny also pioneered a UCR-centric FA focus, still used today.
