Mayday!

Mayday or Labour Day, an international holiday to celebrate our workforce. This may, thousand gather on the streets to mark the occasion on how resilience and powerful our workforce is. Thousand follows with march while others stay at home, enjoying the holiday. Of course, the next day, which happened to be Friday, are a followed-up holiday considering weekend is just a day away.

2nd April

Transerra Mining Disaster, Hundreds Trapped.

A mining disaster happened when a cave in trapped hundreds of workers deep in the Transerra mountain. Victor Mining Co. which responsible for operating the mine are currently under fire after the disaster. According to report, about 105 miners are trapped due to poor maintenance of the mine.

During the writing of this report, rescue efforts are in progress by the local firefighter and government search and rescue operatives. Despite this, Victor Mining Co. are currently also on legal hurdle by the government due to negligence. More on this on page 2.

4th April

Transerra Mining Miracle.

On 2nd of April this may, a mining disaster has befallen and trapped thousands of miners deep inside the mine. After days of rescue effort, this day mark a joyous day as the rescue effort able to reach the trapped miners. With safety in mind, these miners are immediately taken for care in the hospital.

On other note, the government has pushed to sue Victor Mining Co. for negligence of their safety workforce and environment. We have to wait for further report on how the lawsuit will follow.

13th April

Cache Drop Got Not!

The government has made its intention clear to combat drug trades that are still rampant in the nation. Thousand of officers are patrolling the borders to catch and apprehend drugs mule who enters Orderia. The government has enacted for these 5 years to decrease illegal drug consumption with extensive anti-drug campaign and establishment of rehabilitation facility across the country.

Current report suggests the government has catch roughly 250 mules in the last six month. According to the chief police, while the number are impressive, the time to catch and appropriately apprehend them isn’t. It’s clear the government intention to eliminate unnecessary drug addiction. Lower taxes for all!

The Orderian government has decided to slightly lowered income taxes for all. About 3.5% are lowered which mean the current taxes is roughly 15% on income taxes. While many praise the government decision to lower burden on the people, other criticize the decision on how this could burden the national treasury for the future

3rd Edition is Rolling

ONN HQ – Now live, writing and recording a brand new third edition rolling out across Orderia. The ONN news site will be updated and modernized to fit a brand-new, all in one package of excitement on top. New stories, new melodies. As the era strike forward for a brand-new thing, so does the industry requirement to evolve.

Worry not dear readers, as much as the old has to go, ONN will still stick onto its root. As ONN evolve, so does our stories, structure, and other. But as previously written, ONN will not stray far from its somewhat comedic writing. We will always try to make news fun for you, while still give you information of the world.

3rd June

Ruin Unearth on the Coast

Lilycoast – On June 3rd, 2025, a group of researchers and archaeologist has found an ancient ruins, believed belong to the proto-transerrans tribes. The preliminary research of the ruins gives the estimated age for the ruins. Roughly 22,000 years ago. Currently, this makes the oldest ruins to date of the proto-transerrans tribe.

Although this is a preliminary record on the round of elimination, the current understanding of the ruins may give more insight on the previous life of Orderians before the modern period. Keep in mind, this is only preliminary report and further research will continue as the site expand. Lilycoast department of tourism also give an enthusiastic support, as the site will give a boost toward regional tourism site.

4th June

Regional Blue is Still Chugging

Nexo – The ambitious railway restructure and redevelopment program a couple years back still chugging along in case you’re wondering. The brand-new redevelopment promise by Neo almost five years ago are still making ground, with a couple of the brand-new line and stations are already open to the public.

Although most of the eastern region line are still in development, the eastern branch is now on groundbreaking with a new company called Hummingbird Holdings. While the new company seems untrustworthy, scepticism isn’t without trust. You cam be sure that most of the western region continue to chug along on the rails.

Rvera – Onto the usual news, the traffic on the Rvera inner ring highway or often called the Rvera inner circuit has the usual traffic jam. Just use the public transport god dammit.

Legislation Passed: AI Data Protection Law

Nexo – Just in, the Orderian government has passed the Artificial Intelligence Protection law or AIPOL. According to the report and news given by the Rubyhall staff, this new law is to ensure protection against illegal scrapping from copyrighted data based in Orderia. The law will be in effect next year.

Critics has praised the laws for protecting consumer practice, while other warn drawback and potential illegal data holding by the government. Many folks in the creative industries considered this as a huge achievement, considering they have been relly vocals regarding a regulation for AI for years. There are yet many to be discovered with this new law. Whether this could turn good for you or bad dear readers is something still in the air. We will be following this continuously for a while for now. We’ll keep you updated from time to time.

War on Drugs continue

Orderia – As of this July, the government still adamant on its elimination of illegal substance to travel within orderian border. Roughly 1,8 million tons of illegal substance has been confiscated this last quarter. According to report given by the authority, roughly 25 - 100 mules have been charged and currently on custody.

It is true that substance without proper prescription could in fact damage you more than it helps, and we believe as the ONN team to remind you to keep your health in tip top shape, including mental health. Seek help with professional, not just for yourself, but for others as well.

GDP Above Expectation

Nexo – Report from the National Statistic; including report from the secretary of economics and taxation, and third-party report concluded that Orderian GDP has increased by 5.4% this quarter. This increased is above the expected growth of 3.8%. Many investors have charging inside Nexo Stock exchange during this increase.The high increase of GDP growth show Orderia potential, especially in the international market. Many are optimistic for Orderia future.

OSA To the Stars Again!

Nexo – The Orderian Space Agency has announced its grand plan to reintroduce space program to Orderian public. As of now, the plan consists of re-opening and refurbishment of old spaceports. The largest plan from this month interview and power point suggest potential of building a space rocket once more!

News on the streets are sceptical by the OSA plan for the next decade, but most people we interviewed has suggest optimistic view for OSA.

Chaos to Order

Ravenstepe – An eco-terrorist attack occurred on Carapas oil refinery in Ravenstepe this august. According to the data given by Ravenstepe Police Department, at least 25 assailants attack the facility. The facility as a whole was under siege for 12 hours by the terrorist, who they claimed themselves as “Terra Guardian Army”.

The attack has been quelled by the Ravenstepe Special Forces with the help of Orderian Federal Guards. The special forces managed to captured all the assailants and hostages without any casualties.

3rd August

Heat Wave Hit Record!

Lilycoast – Temperature rise above normal in Lilycoast. Record show temperature rise as high as 46’C on the coast. Hospitals have seen a 20% increase in heatstroke cases. The Federal Energy Commission in Lilycoast has to issued blackout warning to its resident to ensure the grid function during the month high temperature.

The federal government has issued a national warning on potential increase in temperature. The national weather has forecast in the foreseeable future of potentially higher temperature in the fall or autumns this year. Glitch in the System

Nexo – Nexo Transit Authority (NTA) has issued delayed on multiples lines in Nexo rail network due to a system error. According to the report, about 5 lines in Nexo encounters a glitch in the system. This cause the NTA to issue a stop on the affected line and issued a delayed warning in at least 12 lines around the city.

By the time this recap come out, the glitch has been fully fixed and software’s in the rail networks has been updated to ensure future glitch like this will less likely to happened. Although, words on the streets are unpleasant. Some has criticized NTA software being out-dated by decades and required major renovation.

Cosmos Festival in Preparations

Rvera – Cosmos festivals are an annual festivity held at Rvera every 10th of September. The festivals are typically consisting of stargazing and some food stalls in the area themed around the space. During the festival, the city lights are typically out, ensuring the best view of the night sky during the festivals. Of course, critically functioning system are required to be on during the festivities.

The Rvera Energy Commission has its confident, ensuring the electrical grid remain functional and capable to take the large electrical demand the next morning hit. REC also says, during the festivity where energy demand are low, the Rvera grid would be upgraded.

Moving Things Up

Ravensteppe – Ravenstepe international airport is getting a major renovation and expansion, approved by the Ravensteppe city council and the regions - Regional Council. The plan is to renovated major section of the old terminal and introduced a new terminal that could handle the newly expected influx of visitors and travellers to Orderia. The current plan included access to wide public transport.

5^th September

Low on Gas

Orderia – Orderia Department of Energy announced an increased spike on gas price as gas became scarce due to recent policy changes. Scarcity has reached between national and private gas company. The government has enacted plan to increase gas production and higher export of foreign gas to curbed current energy deficit.

The new government plan has received mixed reception. Most people agreed that increased reliance on foreign energy could hampered Orderia energy independence. The Green Party of Orderia (GPO) has been vocals to used this momentum to increased the usage of EV’s, more eco-friendly energy production, and increase the use of public transport. Regardless, our fuel gages would be low for a while. That would at least explain to your boss why you were late in this couple month.

Climbing Spirit

Transerra – Transerra Range has been a popular tourist destination for nature explorer. The sensation of wilderness surrounded by patches of forest from the steppe with clear view of the towering mountain ranges. The mountain ranges also have been a popular destination for climbers. Although a lot of inexperienced climbers forced their ways to climbed the dangerous trek.

On this month report, there have been at least 5 reported deaths of climbers withing the range. 2 climbers have been declared missing. Search and rescue mission have been hampered with the unpredictable weather within the range. While we mostly give lighthearted jokes, sometimes none at all, we the ONN team wishes the best luck to any survivor listening to this, and for god sake, take care of yourself.

Factory Fervour

Alphie – The Alphie Industrial Hub reported a record high of production output this month. Factories have been fined tuned and increased on their capacity to meet both domestic and international demand. The Secretary of Commerce described the situation as “Extremely well”. Orderia Office of Statistics reports and increased roughly 13,67 percent of industrial output. Report also suggests a crunchier air in the vicinity of the city.

5^th October

Crops Season

Nagaria – Harvest season has begun, and the farmlands of Nagaria are bustling with life. Wheat, corn, apples and wines are gathered and ships to local market and abroad. However, farmers report that supplied chain issue in farmland equipment has caused a logistic nightmare. The Secretary of Agriculture state that this disruption is likely caused by extremely high traffic coming in and out of the region.

Travel Upgrade

Ravenstepe – After last month announcement, Ravenstepe International Airport has begun groundbreaking. Bluelight are commissioned again as the main contractors of the project. Airport management have also put detour sign around the airports during the renovation project. While it’s nice to have an upgrade, the delayed reports on the Ravenstep Int. Airport are though the roof. Many are already frantic in how the detour create an ever-bigger maze of the aiport.

Winter Mayhem

North & South Transerra– Winter season has arrived in some part of Orderia, particularly in the North and South Transerra Region. The mountainous region has received a large does of snow and rain during the last couple of months. Orderia Department of Interior office of National Weather Services has issued a warning regarding worsening weather that would follow up. The Department of Transportation of South & North Transerra issue a limited access toward Copirsburg region.

Ship-in we trust!

Ferrust – Vortaxes, the Orderian ship building company has received a special order of yacht. Information on who’s this top-of-the-line yacht is purchased by are yet to be disclosed. According to the CEO Ellen Vordibureg, Vortaxes drydock has seats empty for the last couple decades with very low ships order, this would help revitalize the nation shipbuilding culture!

Striking the Beast, again!

Leviathan – Leviathan, known as site 40 or site 301 are a controversial region in Orderia. Its status is still up for debate, and has regained momentum in the Pillar Council. Current proposal of the bill, which has yet to fully activated are now requesting for urgent change for the regional status to be brough back into civilian control. Royal Orderian Party (ROP) has publicly against the proposal and the region should remain in its status quo while Orderia Democratic Party (ODP) has managed to influenced large portion of the nonpartisan, Workers Party of Orderia (WPO), and Solidary Party of Orderia (SPO) to lead a bipartisan bill to force the government for civilian control on the region. The bill will be brought up on the next 2026 session.

Strikes On Corruption, Again

Nexo– On the current rampant against corruption, the Neo Administration issue another raid on another business man. According to preliminary report 46 Business men were arrested under suspicion of corruption. At least 13 of them has acquitted for guilty as of the writing of today’s episode.

High Stakes Bail

Copirsburg – On a larger scale news, the Neo administration has agreed on a large bailout on Carrapace Industry. The 13 million Repuls bailout has been announced during the presidential visit to Copirsburg. On another high note, Carrapace has begin negotiation to improve living standards in the regions. Credits where its due, the Neo administration has managed a well deserved shout out for its involvement on independent energy and improving working and living standards.

Valentine for All

Orderia– Orderia celebrated and welcome the valentine holiday for all. Most jaor cities are covered with pink tones and hearts as love is in the air. Although not much, must surely most Orderian couples would enjoy this annual celebration.

15^th February

Carrapace in Hot Water: Trial of the Decade

Nexo– Carrapace Industr former CEO were arrested and would stand trial for corruption and the gas mixture scandal. The accusation marks after multiple gas stores were investigated and found the quality of most major gas as “Below federally approved standard” in the mixture. The CEO were promptly arrested by the Federal Ethics Investigation Agency or FEIA.

It might take another couple month before verdict will be given. It’s unclear why Carrapace would use this method. FEIA speculated on cost cutting measure during their press release. While’ its still unclear, as we have to wait for the trial to show, Carrapace optics with the Orderia people certainly in hot water.

Unearth: Capria CE-170!

Orderia – The Capria CE-170 Wingspan. Built by the Capria Motor’s Company in the 1960’s as Orderia first attempt on highspeed jet fighter were unearth today! After a journalist, which to be remained anonymous as they wish, investigate the classified documents using the Declassification, Reclassification and Freedom of Information Act.

Believe to be used during the Orderian civil war back in the 1960’s, the CE-170 Wingspan were most rummored as “UFO” back then. After declassified document were released, remnant of the old aircraft were found to still be sitting in the Leviathan Island. The Orderian Defence Forces or ODF has yet to make statement regarding the aircraft declassification.
