[REMOVAL] Various Suspended Magisters

Putting up a discussion topic to discuss potentially removing the following Magisters, per 5.10. of the Standing Orders of the Magisterium (SOM), specifically the section that allows for the removal of a Magister by majority vote.

Motions (and votes, if successfully motioned) will be made for individual Magisters depending on the outcome of the discussion. I’ve just lumped them all into one place to avoid clutter.

To the best of my knowledge, the below statements are accurate as of the time of posting.

Atrocha

SOM Clause	Believed Violation of the SOM
5.10.1	Did not respond to the October Roll Call.
5.10.2	Has been suspended due to non-participation since October with at least 10 votes missed to date.
5.10.3	Has not been on the forums since August 31.

Marrabuk

SOM Clause	Believed Violation of the SOM
5.10.1	Did not respond to the October Roll Call.
5.10.2	Has been suspended due to non-participation since July with at least 26 votes missed to date.

Volinovia

SOM Clause	Believed Violation of the SOM
5.10.1	Did not respond to the October Roll Call.
5.10.2	Has been suspended due to non-participation since October with at least 10 votes missed to date.

I would support removal. They can reapply when they have more free time to contribute and we’ll welcome them back

It has long been time to hold this Magisterium to account. I appreciate everything these three have done for our region, but if you can’t, then you can’t. The most efficient Magisterium is one where its Magisters are all ready for action at all times. IRL gets in the way…I understand. The Magisterium must be willing to move on regardless.

• Atrocha, under 5.10.1, 5.10.2, and 5.10.3 of the Standing Orders of the Magisterium;
• Marrabuk, under 5.10.1 and 5.10.2 of the Standing Orders of the Magisterium; and
• Volinoiva, under 5.10.1 and 5.10.2 of the Standing Orders of the Magisterium.
