Whereas, there are continuing violations of TEP’s RMB as well as the RMB’s of TEP’s allies, and
Whereas, These violations have not ceased even with notice of improper behavior given, and
Whereas, Continuing violations require an escalated response,
Therefore this Magisterium here assembled expresses it’s will to authorize the deployment of the EPSA, under Condition I, Section 2 of the EPSAA, against violators of TEP’s or TEP’s allies RMB, at the discretion of the Overseeing officer and Commander in Chief.
