There was a bit of a controversy when the wedding of Princess Royal Alina Rebecca Victoria Habsburg (Princess Alina) was suddenly canceled by the groom, Ignatius Jonas Dion, Prince of Unknown, Lord of Ulstrex (Lord Joyce). Since marriage is a commitment, whether it’s for love or for duty to your region, if it’s not a good match, it is wise to call it off. However, in order to avert an international incident, and due to Lord Joyce’s apathy toward Prussia Reborn, ArchEmperor Savaer decided to instate Princes Alina as Countess, even without marriage, and give her the authority and rights of the representative of the ArchEmperor in that region.
Revolutionairs, Wulfmoon Lucina Anumia Grey, was shot and died at 10:02pm August 25th. That body expired and was in the grave heading toward Summerland, when the soul of Sanguis called out that service to Cruor was not done. Let Revo lie in peace–for she died loving her Lord Brook.

A new party, Anarchist Liberation Front (ALF) was started August 14th for those like-minded individuals who do not believe in big government and organization, and for those who believe that the use of government should be centered on the power and might of an organized military force.
The Mandatory Government Recruitment Bill was passed and signed by our ArchEmperor. In summary, government officials will be required to send out a minimum of 30 recruitment telegrams per week.

He was excommunicated when it was discovered that his NS father and mother were the two persona non grata mentioned in the Peyser Condemnation Act decreed on June 5th by Sean I Dion, former Archemperor of Incognita and Kaiser of Unknown. He was also banned for strong witness accounts of acting as a defender against an Unknown operation.

There was a overhaul in the ranking system in honor of the older TBOB ranking system. New ranks are: Field Marshall, General, Major, Captain, Lieutenant, Master Sergeant, Sergeant, Corporal, Lance Corporal, Private first class, and Private.
Our warlord, Prince Conor Dion-Fominov (known as Rogeria) has been on a very earned, relaxing vacation and returns to active duty at the end of the month.

In an ending to rival the romantic love stories of the centuries–Adam and Eve, Mark Antony and Cleopatra, Tristan and Isolde, Romeo and Juliet–the love story of GSBC and Graveyards ended August 15th when they were wed by Lord Joyce. We wish them many NS “years” of wedded bliss.
On August 19th a request was made to build a Shrine of the Hierophant in the sacred region of Unknown, where it will be forever guarded by the wielder of Vocas Cruor and the Maiden of the Goddess Lyncas. She-who-requested offered to serve as priestess of the Goddess and the demi-god known as the ArchEmperor; committed to faithfully serve, honor and protect them both in this life and beyond; and relinquished all ties to this world in the service of Sanguis, the soul of Cruror. Upon her death, Cruror did call her back to honor her vow to service beyond death, and Lyncaenia is proud to honor that vow unfailingly. The Shrine of the Hierophant was constructed, and on August 25th the first ritual was added.

Unknown, the House of Anumia, and the Condemnation Act
Unknown/Incognito - Friday, September 4, 2009 - The final action of the former ArchEmperor, Lord Gerzam, prior to his abdication in June 2009 was entitled the Peyser Condemnation Act. This act has recently caused a stir in the inter-regional community as it has been portrayed as the sacred region of Unknown attacking and banning anyone from the respected House of Anumia
Wishing to maintain some respectability and civility, the person for whom the Act is named was once the Empress of Unknown/Incognita. Our former-Emperor stepped down and the former-Empress divorced him due to more than a disagreement and a possibly duplicitous situation,. Thus the intent of the act was to be assured that upon the departure of the Empress, no one attempted to overthrown the new Emperor in his first weeks. The names of Florence and Julian and their children were only mentioned by name because they were together, and it was conceivable her children might attempt to claim the throne by a claim to the title through the name.
Furthermore, another party, Sniper Wolv, who says he is the son of both these individuals, specifically made more than one statement indicating that he agreed with removing the power and position of the Emperor. In addition he acted in defense against a joint LWU-Unknown military operation. Thus the individual was removed for actions of his choosing, based on this Act. Upon reviewing this Act, it did come to the attention of the current ArchEmperor’s that it was written in such verbiage as to be much more far reaching than was the intent. Thus as of this Sunday, August 30th, it has been revised and rewritten to indicate the intent–which was to protect Unknown/Incognita from civil war and provide royal line continuity without question.

The majority of the facts can seen in our official statement, and we are purposely doing our best to maintain some mindfulness of civilized behavior. But in summary, an entire family is most certainly NOT excommunicated and most certainly not the well-liked and respected House of Anumia. We intended to make a clear royal line, protect the region from potential civil war, and months later ban one citizen who threatened the ArchEmperor and acted against our military. The disgruntled citizen then spoke in such as way as to make it seem as if the entire family was being challenged.
Our ArchEmperor was wise enough to realize that the original verbiage was much too easily misinterpreted and chose to correct the writing. We chose to make sure the wording in the Act is clear that it applies ONLY to those suspected of treason. We did not publicly humiliate or pursue either of the individuals named in the Act because that would have been inappropriate and inter-regionally indiscreet–and they both voluntarily stayed out of Unknown and behaved in a dignified manner. When we banned SniperWolv we did not go to other regions and besmirch his name because that is unbecoming behavior even to warriors such as ourselves.
Thus I hope you will take these things into consideration. The sacred region of Unknown/Incognita holds our relationship with the highest regard and we would not want to jeopardize our close alliance.
The region of Unknown would like to invite all interested parties to witness the Peyser Repeal Act. Since Lady Florence’s name was used in the original. dishonoring Act, we thought it was befitting to use her name in Repealing it.

In mid-September, Gerzam, the Sibling Force of Cruor, Co-Founder of Unknown and the Sacred Cruor Emperor, passed into the voids of time and retired from Unknown. Upon his passing, he did leave a will of titles for his successors. Gerzam, your memory will live on in Unknown forever.
In good news, Prince Sean Alec turned the age of majority and so got drunk off his (descriptive for “backside”) 
that he completely missed his birthday thread for DAYS!! Congratulations!!
In an symbolic gathering of leaders from across the NS inter-regional community, it was the pleasure of the region of Unknown to Repeal the Peyser Condemnation Act, and to have it signed by the King Fiotera of Hampshire and Chancellor Rykkland of The Kodiak Republic as witnesses, and by Lady Consul Lady Jane Grey for Nova Imperium, Julian Anumia for the House of Anumia, Princess Florence Larissa Lamorna de Peyser Somerset as the named party, and Heras Terminus Altima Savaer the ArchEmperor of Unknown. The Kodiak Republic graciously agreed to host (as a neutral liaison), upon request of the ArchEmperor of Unknown, this ceremonious place of reconciliation between the Anumian Dynasty, Nova Imperium, its allies and friends, and the Region of Unknown.

With Gerzam’s retirement, a bi-election was held to fill his Senate seat. In a SQUEEKER of a race that was tied after 24 hours, then still tied after another 48

GOVERNMENT OF UNKNOWN/INCOGNITA
St. Constantine has decided to run for the Presidency of the Senate upon Gerzam’s stepping down, and here is his campaign speech: “It’s time to get shit up and running again. I will make it happen.”
The senate and the ministries of community, immigration, the office of the president and the senators, and the political parties have all be a bit quiet–no doubt from various resignations and reshuffling. However the Ministry of Foreign Affairs kicked into high gear this month. The region of TNI sent its personal thanks for assisting in a raid on the region Abyss and issued a statement that the treaty between Unknown and TNI is solid and secure. The region of Lone Wolves United didn’t say a lot but they never do–they just raid with us. The region of the Commonwealth stopped by to say “hello”! Our friends at Imperial Britain sent Savaer’s dear daughter, Earth22 to bring the update, and it’s always a joy to visit with family members. Senate Speaker and MoFA Asianatic came to visit from Europeia with a news-packed update. The Kodiak Republic has some concerns about the fact that their ambassador was dismissed from our region without process, and so we did have a discussion to indicate that the citizen was denied entry–not the ambassador but that as the ambassador losing citizenship meant losing access. A new ambassador has been assigned: welcome to ambassador Aexnidaral! The Kingdom of Middle Earth is on vacation and sent us a postcard–wish you were here! In our dear allies The Dominion, the Monarchy by popular demand (100% Approval vote) has been restructured into something resembling more like a theocracy. Both New Brittanian Empire and The BlackHawks have been quiet, but then again the Blackhawks usually raid and don’t talk a lot. King Fioteria from Hampshire has stopped by several times for diplomatic and personal visits–and it’s always a pleasure to have the honor. And finally an embassy was exchanged with The East Pacific and visits made back and forth between the two regions to get to know each other.
Our warlord, Prince Conor Dion-Fominov (known as Rogeria) had a very well-earned, relaxing vacation and beginning of September, he decided to retire from the game. He was a member whose services to Cruor and Folsom have oft gotten less credit than deserved. This man dedicated himself to the success of the regions he was a member of. During the schism, when GS was sacked from his post as Warlord in TBOB, Conor stood by him and Unknown when it was refounded. Throughout those months Conor was indisputably our closest ally and friend, NF and Unknown were essentially one due to how closely the armies worked. When Savaer became Archemperor and vacated his post of Legatus (Warlord of Unknown), Conor assumed the position and led both Folsom and Unknown together. He regrettably did not receive much credit beyond the awarding of a Cruor Living-Sainthood, some crowns and titles and the occasional thanks, though. He was often deeply affected by what went on around him in NS and was backstabbed many times by spies and other undesirables and truly suffered far more than he deserved. Like everyone he had his flaws, but he stood true and firm. For New Folsom and in honor of a man who deserves more–for Conner–a total of 14 FENDAS and the last of Scoochi/AIR’s pups was forcibly railed to TRR in the region of The Imperial Empire.

As the 6th Era of Cruor rolls on, the Plains of Sapius enter a new era of turmoil. Though at the time of this documents creation all is peaceful, the Pantheons of Ossae and Epiderius have begun to reform into existence once more, and the new, 6th force forges its own pantheon, leading many to believe a clashing of unprecedented power is about to commence.
In the Shrine of the Hierophant, four invocations to the Goddess Lyncas and to the demi-god H.Savaer were added, and a new perpetual flame memorial to remember those who fell in battle and those whom we wish to remember.
Dear comrades-in-arms and friends of Unknown,
This letter is one part apology and one part explanation of our persisted silence as of late. In the early part of November it was decided by oneself to dissolve our inactive senate, and to establish a new, more efficient legislative branch or the Unknown government. Many ideas have been set forth, including the concept of a citizen’s council, where all one would need to do to become a councilor would be to attain citizenship and maintain a certain level of activity, to the mergence of our ministers and senators into singular roles, elected of course.
Since my absence, we have had a spell of inactivity, which is not uncommon for the month of December for our region (using our predecessor, TBoB, as a model). This includes my wife, Lyncaenia, who bore the unfortunate luck of being accosted by a stalker, whom has been handled. She is currently taking a short vacation to relax following this incident. She was/is also our foreign relations minister until the finality of this governmental reform conference.
At current, following an unexpected absence of myself, we have restarted our conference to rebuild our legislative branch and are looking strongly at a council of elected ministers, an idea proposed by Berkley Run, a prince and my son in Unknown. A discussion has been open for all citizens to partake and pool ideas in for this new council. This discussion will be followed by a writing in which I will present a document to my region to assert if they feel it adequate and feasible before it is instated into law under my signature and set as a part of the Incognitan Constitution.
I seek to complete this writ before the first of January, as by my intended means, elections will be held the first of each other month, giving elected ministers a two calendar month term to work with.

Unknown’s raid count surpassed regional expectations, acheiving its 54th raid a day before Incognita turned one. Of special note would be Unknown’s 50th raid, in which the Imperial Legion raised the flag of Cruor above the region of the Allied States of Euroislanders, the once-founderless origin of RLA and ADN.

Two Birthday Celebrations on One Day
Unknown celebrated a year since it was refounded on Jan. 12, 2009. Marking the special date would be the 54th successful Incognitian raid, achieving, with room to spare, the goal of 50 before Incognita turned one.
Unknown also celebrated the birthday of Archemperor Savear that day, as he turned a year older. Beer flowed freely as there was enough caek and warstories for all. Happy birthday, and may raids fill the upcoming year.
A New Constitution
Acknowledging the inactivity of the old Incognitian Senate, Archemperor Savear produced a new Constitution to bring in the El Farto Dayo. It abolished the Senate, instead making five elected ministers the law-making body of Unknown. After a brief campaigning period, Minister of Propoganda Berkley Run, Minister of Community Heath Who Hath No Name, Minister of Immigration Sezations, and Minister of Naturalization A Darker Past were awarded ministries, as they were the only ones who stood to campaign. Congratulations to them all, and with their combined efforts and our archemperor’s, Unknown will reach greater heights than ever before! Minister of Foreign Affairs Asianatic was appointed by the Archemperor a few days later. Unfortunately, Heath Who Hath No Name met a sad fate with an imploding laptop, and had to resign from Minister of Community; the position was quickly filled by Crown Prince Gladriael.

In a move that shocked many, Archemperor Savear announced that Gladriael Dion, also known as Dream Killers, would be the Incognitian Crown Prince. Archemperor Savear had to quickly put down rumors that he would be retiring, as he had always said that the day he named an heir would be the day he was retiring. We are quite pleased to announce that Archemperor Savear will be leading Unknown for many months to come.

True to Unknown tradition, the Imperial Legion has been busy raiding, raiding, raiding, raiding, and then raiding some more! Unknown attacked Crazy Pink Bunnies with Wings, gaining another victory in the long, vicious battle againt cute and cuddly animals of all kinds.

April was kicked off by an earth-shattering announcement by Warlord Savaer. We include it in its entirety for your reading pleasure below:

First and foremost, you’ll notice that the forum’s gotten…quite a bit smaller. What’s missing you might wonder… After deliberation on Unknown, it’s history, it’s actions of notoriety and what we’ve accomplished, consultation with Gerzam and A Darker Past and a helluva lot of high caffeine drinks and energy drinks among some other stuff, it has become very much apparent a number of things.
Unknown is not known for politics, nor government. Truth be told, Unknown has never had a functional undergovernment. I don’t think this is because of the people, though. Unknown was built on one thing: Raiding. That is what we are known for. It is because of this that I have decided, again, with consultation by Gerzam and Dark, to dissolve the electoral government.
Ministry positions will consist of two branches. Logistics Officers (Recruitment and Naturalization) and FA Officers. ORI will assist both officer classes in operating. These ministers will be set by appointment by the Warlord or in his absence, his direct second command, who he shall appoint at his discretion, until the Officers step down, or until they fail to uphold expectations.
As the first thing as per this change, I promote A Darker Past to the rank of ‘Field Marshall’ for her devotion and skill on the field, she has shown exceptional capability in leadership in the Legion and has more than earned this position. Congratulations are in order for her.
Today…we step into a new dawn. We venture into the Seventh Era. With this new dawn, I bring us to the very roots long since forgotten we were borne from. The Brotherhood of Blood, where it all began. In 2006 Gerzam and Damis formed a tiny little raider group, and that group became the inevitable beast you are apart of today. But this beast has reached the time where it must change. Today, Unknown becomes a military state. A region of raiders, for raiders. Ruled by the Warlord of the Legion, hereby now known as ‘The Legion of Cruor’
The soldier is the prime of the crop in this region. Those who rise to that status are those of favor. No longer do we carry ‘citizenships’. You register, you are a ‘citizen’. Those who wish to become a soldier…a member of the Legion of Cruor, trained to be the deadliest form of raider you can possibly become…simply must then apply and pass enlistment. The application will be more in depth than it was prior, but is worth the added time.
From this point on, Unknown will exist following that first example. (Which, ironically isn’t much different. TBoB of that time was lorded by a Warlord with absolute Power.) Forum life will no longer be bound by politics. You’ll see additions of various role play sections, such as national, and character rping added within the next week as well.

Unknown’s fearless and awesome raiders reached 65 raids! In case anybody was wondering, 6-5=1, which is what we are.
Sine you last heard from us, the Legion has been busy, busy bees, starting with The Hoodlums Islands! We certainly hope it sent a…strong message to the Eastern Islands of Dharma, who, in a lapse of common sense, for some inane, stupid reason, tried to steal an Unknown colony. Silly Dharma! Raiding’s for adults. We hope he learned a lesson.
As a consolation prize, we hope Dharma takes this box of Trix.
Unknown next took over Liberty. Take that, silly freedoms, as the Legion conducted this strike precision coup at noon. Unknown made quick, quick work of free markets and trade, and now, the Angels of Unknown have descended upon Unknown to call liberty their own.

Next, Unknown chose Kahless. Unknown used Raid. It was super-effective! The Imperial Legion, transformed into a swarm of Pokeman trainers, took Kahless in a fierce battle with defenders. Of course, Unknown captured the silly defenders who dared to take us on. We hope they aren’t feeling too stuffed in their pokeballs.

One thing to note would be that instead of our usual fearless leader of Savaer, the Legion was headed up this time by Ash. In his…coup vacation, Savaer took this opportunity to realize just how much more amazing he could be, which meant that he finally sobered up to wrest the position of Warlord from Ash in future raids, getting up off his ass and killing more things.
The all-mighty Legion then descended upon Ninja Pirate awesome town. Silly person, puppets are for adults, not for silly kids. However, this raid did not end the perpetual argument at the heart of the universe: Ninjas or Pirates? Share with us, please.

Unknown celebrated the union of Archemperor Savaer and Asianatic. The pair was joined by their loved ones in the Incognita Cathedral, a dark gothic cathedral with gorgeous stained glass windows.

Oliver the Undying officiated the lovely ceremony, which contained the hard steel of Cruor tempered with the gentle presence of love. After the bride was led down the aisle by the maid of honor, A Darker Past, the pair exchanged vows, rings, and blood, the ceremony was complete.

Another Successful O.R.I. Mission
On June 21st, following numerous campaigns of misdirection, an ORI Operative Report was declassified by the operative’s request. The mission was considered a complete and total success, as the operative had successfully gained the IPs of many defenders and collected important information about defender plans.
This soldier was Rougiers. Under the careful eye of Crown Princess ADP, he became an operative of the Unknown intelligence branch, otherwise known as ORI. At the time, only A Darker Past and Rougiers had this information, in order to maintain operation effectiveness. Archemperor Savaer was not told of their actions or of their plans. The successful and prominent raider Rougiers switched sides publically, and the reaction of Unknown could not have been better planned or executed, because it was, for all intents and purposes, real. As said earlier, only A Darker Past and Rougiers himself knew of the real plan here, in order to produce the most genuine response possible. The two of them were NS married, although many raiders freaked about about the Crown Princess marrying a defender.
After the traitor Rougiers storm calmed down in the raider world and the two were happily married, Archemperor Savaer was informed of what was going on and the plans. As the defection had seemed so real, the effectiveness of the mission was greatly boosted.
After a short time in the Crusaders of Justice, Rougiers, for reasons passing understanding, was given admin on the CoJ forum, where he had become Chief Crusader. And it is from here that the silliness begins. Some have described his receiving admin as an “accident”, but if this was the case, why in the world was it not corrected earlier? One would hope that administrative powers are meted out more carefully, but apparently, this was not the case. Around this same time, Rougiers was also democratically and fairly elected Foreign Minister in the Council of Narnia. As a result of that election, he was given global moderating powers in the CoN. Unknown could not have possibly affected these election outcomes, unless people are suggesting that we had already infected CoN and CoJ to the power where we were able to manipulate elections. That, this Bloodletter will not comment on.
After gaining admin, Rougiers began the great process of IP harvesting. He screenshotted and copied all the IPs that he could get to on both forums, in order to fulfill ORI objectives. As the process could take a while, life continued apace until June 21st.
Freeze.
We mentioned that three people knew about this mission, and through this report, we have mentioned the specific goals of this mission, as well as how they were both completed. Lets catch back up with Crown Princess Dark and Archemperor Savaer. Dark, at this time, was out of the country in England. Her internet was not working correctly and on this day, she was not online at all–she was enjoying her vacation and had no knowledge of what was going on in the online world without her. Archemperor Savaer was, at this time, in control of this mission. After it had been determined that the ORI mission parameters had been fulfilled, Rougiers requested that details of his mission be declassified in Unknown, and the mission was considered a success. The store of IP addresses will be invaluable to counterintelligence missions in the future.
And this, right here, this is where Unknown’s and ORI’s participation ends. The mission was a success, the report was to be declassified and released, and…Unknown and ORI were done. Donedonedonedonedone. Rougiers was removed from Active Service from ORI, and we all breathed a little sigh and thought that we would be going on our merry way soon.
However, a short time later, we discovered that Rougiers had taken independent actions by abusing the admin and global mod powers he held in both CoJ and CoN as a result of promotions and trust or elected positions. Epic fail security. Epic, epic fail.
Backlash from the forum deletions has come from all over NS, unfairly targeting the Crown Princess, Archemperor, and Unknown as a whole. The facts have been given, and it is, indeed, a regions choice for how a region acts. Many have already acted badly in this situation and were rebuffed by their own regions.
Unknowns O.R.I. mission was a success. Rougiers did not hack to gain his power; he was given that power freely by the proper authorities on both forums. He will not be banned in Unknown and will be under the careful eye of his superiors, but, insofar as the ORI mission is concerned, the only thing Unknown had jurisdiction over, he completed the mission admirably and well. Any actions after that are solely his own personal mission, something Unknown takes no responsibility for.
Defender propaganda has already been circulating on this issue, asking for people to cut ties with the entire region of Unknown for the actions of one individual. Strangely enough, these same people did not react like this when Saudi Burmia had destroyed the forum of Prussia Reborn, simply telling Unknown that it was our fault for giving Saudi that admin power. It appears that these defenders either have short term memory loss, in which case a doctor should be consulted, or they’re just hypocrites, in which case, they are helpless.
Think. CoN and CoJ gave power to a prominent raider turned defender who still had strong ties to the raiding community after something like two weeks. It should be obvious to where the blame lies.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record in some regions, Unknown has not and does not condone forum destruction. Rougiers has been warned that his actions were completely unacceptable, but in the light of his successful ORI mission and the belief that he should not undertake similar actions again, Unknown has decided to keep him. Again, Unknown does not condone forum destruction. Unknown does not condone forum destruction. Unknown does not condone forum destruction.
Some have called for an apology from Unknown, and here it is:
We apologize for being raiders. We apologize for carrying out legitimate intelligence missions.
We have no ability and will not apologize for a rogue agent doing stupid things. If you want an apology, we suggest going to ask him. If you are waiting for Unknown to issue one, we regret to inform you that the wait may be long.
It is our deeply fervent hope that the facts in this letter make an impression on you all. Should you have any questions regarding the mission, feel free to contact either the Archemperor or Archempress. Polite, reasonable inquiries are welcome, as we would like to clear up this matter quickly, but more of the same defender propaganda and lies, as well as unreasonable demands will be dealt with by laughter, derision, and irritability.
Again, Unknown has never and will never condone forum destruction, especially as we ourselves have been affected by it, and we are acutely aware of the harm it causes.

ANY region or player accepting that FORUM DESTRUCTION is valid, is a traitor to the ideals of this game and an enemy of every other forum community in the game.
IMO (and speaking as an individual player who has played for over 6 years), Rougiers should be declared AN ENEMY OF NATIONSTATES and shunned by any/all regions where he “plays” … his forum accounts, wherever they are found, should be deleted and his IP addresses blocked. PERIOD. END OF STORY. Regions supporting him should be dis-embassied in all forums. Play somewhere else.
I’m sorry, but I seemed to have missed the part where I called forum destruction valid. Sorry.
When you ban someone from every forum, you increase his frustration and decrease what he has to lose, thus making it more likely that he will offend again. Especially when it is so easy to get around IP-bans, with the use of proxies, banning may be easy and send a strong and powerful message, but will end up doing more harm than good. By rehabilitating and not alienating these individuals, you reduce the chance that he will offend again. When you disenfranchise him by declaring him “an enemy of Nationstates,” the opposite happens. Certainly, the affected individuals have every right to be upset, and we do recognize that there are quite a few regions that have banned him or are currently taking legal action against him. But you cannot ban him from all of NS, for that would be a mistake of monumental proportions.
As you may or may not know, there has been an individual who, for the last three nights, has porn-spummed three separate regions. Unknown was hit tonight. Unknown has also been a victim ourselves of a forum destruction act, so we do know what happens and how it feels, and I do hope that you have never had that happen to you, and if you had, I’m sorry about that.
However, again, by systematically destroying all ties an individual has to a region, what you are doing is encouraging him to offend again. We recognize that what Roguiers did is wrong, but like some in other regions (Leo in HDF, Saudi in Renaissance), we hope that such an event will not happen again, especially by impressing upon him the seriousness of the situation. At this point, again, it is Unknown’s belief that Rougiers does not pose a further threat.
I would like to preface this comment by saying that I am merely a citizen of TEP, not involved in the government, and so my view does not represent the view of the whole. I am only speaking for myself.
Of course you don’t think Rougiers is a threat, he is your agent! The reason he went to CoJ in the first place was because of the role he was playing in Unknown!! This is my take on the situation, after seeing the available evidence, put into a RL analogy. The President knows it was his agent that detonated the bomb. The President knows that detonating nuclear weapons is wrong, devastating, and should not be done. Yet the President decides to welcome the agent back with open arms, calling the mission “a complete success”, and then giving the agent a stern talking to about not blowing up any more cities in the future.
WHAT THE HECK??? Put the scumbag on trial for war crimes!! Sever all ties you have with him!!! Ban him for doing such despicable deeds!! This guy needs to realize that what he did is WRONG. Not “Don’t do it again, ok?” Not even “Hey, you really shouldn’t have done that”. Just wrong. And people who do wrong things should be held accountable by those in power. If those in power fail to hold them accountable, then they are merely enabling the wrong things to be done and gotten away with.
That’s my thoughts I had to get off my chest. I really, sincerely hope the higher-ups in Unknown do the right thing.

I realize that, on a personal level, this does not involve me. However, as a fairly long time player of NS, I would be crushed if even part of a forum I am on was destroyed. In fact, it might push me to leave NS all together, losing the hours of RPs and discussions on different forums. There should be consequences to actions, and quite frankly, I do not see you giving any consequences, thus I must deduce that in spite of what you are saying, you are in fact condoning the act Rougiers has done.
Like it or not, that is how it looks from the outside, from my perspective. This is not meant to be offensive, it is merely how the situation looks to me.
