[VOTE] LR-2023-2 Regional Services and Security Act | Criminal Code

Citizen Zukchiva has proposed the Regional Services and Security Act on January 28, 2023. This has seconded by Provost CyberiumShadow on January 28, 2023.

On passage, this Act will repeal the Criminal Code

Addendum - Provost Discretionary Edits

Pursuant to the powers granted to the Office of the Provost by Article B, Section 10 of the Concordat, I have made the following discretionary edits which will take effect should this proposal become an act, on this day 28/01/2023.

  • Formatting updates and numbering changes to better suit the new forums.

Pursuant to the Standing Orders of the Magisterium, this proposal needs a standard majority of voting Magisters to pass. In addition, the quorum of 50% must be upheld.


Voting begins on 2023-01-28T11:30:00Z, with a voting period of 168 hours (1 week). It will end on 2023-02-04T11:30:00Z
