Can you believe we voted to include the missing categories to our SOA, then we rewrote the SOA and left the same categories out?
I also want to talk about section 5 amendments
Proposed Amendment
At the same time, I also want some discussion on amending 5.5
I believe it is the conclave and Prae’s right to strip citizenship, banish citizens from the region, which will automatically remove them from Magisterium.
The magisterium’s office of provost should not be the one making such judgements about our citizens about what they can participate in if the Conclave and Prae did not strip them of that right
Furthermore 5.5.3 is weird because other regions isn’t under the purview of the magisterium. If they subvert other regions in the name of TEP, they get punished by Prae-Conclave, not us
5.8.1, I just wanted to cut down on wording, because we don’t require a reason, and we dont state we need a reason, so we dont need to put extra words to explicitly say we dont need a reason
I think that since we already have N for nomination in that section, we might as well just move down 3.1.3 and 4 to put all the thread titles in one place
I concede that my support of the amendment which created what is now 5.5.2 and 5.5.3 was short-sighted and was without any regard for the future of this Magisterium, and I apologize.
Completely fine with all amendments put forth here.
I’m sorry I just saw this, that’s completely on me and for that reason I won’t vote against, but these two amendments probably should have been separated considering as they are so very different.
As this vote has now concluded, this discussion topic is being closed. The results are available here. Please contact a member of the Office of the Provost if you would like to resume discussions on this matter.
