NOTICE FROM THE MAGISTERIUM

Following the passage of [SOA-2025-41] Standing Orders Amendment, the following amendment(s) have been written into the Standing Orders of the Magisterium. Additionally, the SOA has been reformatted to comply with the Law Standards Act.

……2.1.11. A “Declaration of War” (W), defined as the enactment or amendment of a declaration of war as defined by the Concordat.

…2.1.12 An “Election” (E), defined as a campaign for the next provost of the magisterium.
…2.1.13. An “Admittance Vote” (AD), defined as a proposed member for the magisterium which requires approval from the magisterium.
……2.1.124. All Bills will be governed by the same legislative procedure, detailed in the Standing Orders of the Magisterium.

……3.1.3. An Admission Vote into the Magisterium, as outlined in 5.3 and 5.6, shall have the acronym AD in the topic title for the vote.
……3.1.4. A Provost Election, regardless of it it is a routine election or a special election, shall have the acronym E in the topic title for the vote.

……5.5.2. Has been convicted of a crime by the Conclave.
……5.5.3. Has been proven by the Praesidium to be involved in the destabilisation or overthrowing of legitimate Governments in foreign regions.

…5.8. Magisters may notify the Magisterium of a Leave of Absence by posting in the “Magisterium Administrative Services” topic with the date their leave is effective from and their expected return date.
… ……5.8.1. A reason is not required to be supplied when notifying the Magisterium of a Leave of Absence.
