TERRORIST KASHGARS COULD HAVE FLOOD PINGJING THROUGH W.A RESOLUTIONS, WARMS MLA.
Dà Sēnlín MLA Wu Xīshā has warned that the capital Pingjing could have became a safe haven for Kashgars had the repeal of “Right of Emigration” did not happen.
The repeal was ultimately passed 8,630 votes to 3,182. The official reason for repeal is due to the potential loopholes that could be exploited by others to deliberately impede someone from leaving a WA state, such as:
Exemption “b” permitting anyone “undergoing legal proceedings” to be prevented from leaving a WA state fails to:
distinguish between civil and criminal proceedings, nor the parties involved;
consider the severity of any legal proceedings, or whether they are frivolous in nature;
Exemption “d” for probable cause to commit a crime does not account for the scenario of certain actions by an individual being a crime in one WA states but not another, and require a more nuanced solution that accounts for, for example, the severity of the crime or any appeals;
But Mr Wu has a different reason for the repeal of the resolution by proclaiming that keep the law would encourage refugeees to migrate to BaiLung without any checks and balances and thereby creating a dystopian nation.

OMARSK: I WANT ALL OF KASHGARBARI BACK.
Kashgar strongman Iffan Omarsk has rejected any form of land concession offers from President Gong Chūrù or his future successors, arguing that the mainland is entirely Kashgar.
Omarsk’s hardline comments come days after Weight Lifting and Brenchpress Group Chief Executive Ye Bùlā suggested that some areas in the mainland should be given to the Kashgar people as part of a peace treaty.
But President Gong has rejected such policy and called the mainland an inseperable part of Bai Lung. Likewise, Omarsk has rejected any concession offers should Gong or his successor change their minds and called the lands an inseperable part of Kashgar identity. “The Kashgar people has expressed their wishes to have all of Kashgarbari back in their hands. Every square foot of this land is a part of Kashgar pride. A ceasefire can only be obtained when every last Bai Lungese occupier has left our land. Ideally, their exit would be via rocket.” Omarsk said.
