KASHGAR LEADER ADMITS TAKING ALBINO COW BUT DENIES KIDNAPPING.

Kashgar leader Jumyri Andropev has released a statement admitting to taking farmer Cui Xiánliáo’s albino cow from his farm in Turkmenbari but denies kidnapping.

A parchment was left in the farm house of Cui but was not noticed by his cousin at the time.

The written statement said his taking of the rare albino bovine is no less of a kidnapping than Bai Lungese occupiers taking Kashgar children and forcing them to integrate into Bai Lungese society. He has denied that his act constitutes kidnapping and has called for all Bai Lungese to leave the mainland.

Pingjing police will not charge a shop owner who visciously assaulted a vandal who tag sprayed his shop front.

Pang Bīngshān repeatedly struck Bai Sūjí with a wooden stick, who was tag spraying his bakery store in the north eastern area of the capital.

Despite the injuries sustained, police will not charge Pang for his actions and instead charged Bai for vandalism.

MAN ARRESTED FOR SMUGGLING HEROIN IN WOODEN BOX.

Police at Bai Lung International Airport have arrested a man for smuggling 1 kg of heroin into the country.

Ling Tuōkè smuggled the addictive drug in a wooden box but the detector dog spotted it in his backpack, thereby thwarting a would be successful drug sale on the streets of the country.

It is unknown if Mr Ling has connections with various triad groups linked to drug trafficking.

SHOP OWNER WHO ASSAULTED VANDAL OF HIS SHOP GETS RAPTUROUS RECEPTIONS.

Pang Bīngshān, the baker who attacked Bai Sūjí with a wooden stick for vandalising his shop, has been given a warm welcome since the incident took place. Pingjing police will not charge a shop owner who visciously assaulted a vandal who tag sprayed his shop front.

Despite the serious nature of the incident which saw Pang repeatedly struck Bai despite not fighting back, was ultimately not charged.

During his first day back, Mr Pang was handed twenty bouqet of flowers and over a hundred cards in support of his actions.

PINGJING POLICE WARNS BLADE BUS PLANTER WILL FACE LENGTHY PRISON SENTENCE.

Police in Pingjing has warned that if the individual responsible for planting a blade inside the seat of a Pingjing Motorbus Company double decker will face far worse sentencing if they do not handle themselves in.

One commuter discovered the blade planted inside the seat of the Route 10 bound bus at 1200 Tuesday.

Authorities released a CCTV image of a man wearing a green coat with his hood on, a black denim jeans, white and red trainers planting the blade before leaving the bus.

TWO MEN BRAWL IN PINGJING METRO STATION.

Two men have been arrested by the police for engaging in a drunken brawl at a Pingjing Metro Station.

Yang Pāndá and Lu Chūntáng were inebriated when they threw punches at each other in Jiǔ Bái Lóng Station at around 2 AM on Thursday. Both men sustained bruises to the cheeks during the 5 minute fight.

Two bystanders intervened to separate the two.

BUSINESSMAN JAILED FOR 2 YEARS FOR MATCH FIXING SCANDAL.

A Pingjing based businessman has been handed a 2 year prison sentence for conspiring to match fix multiple Bai Lungese Premier League.

Deng Kǎnpà is found guilty of 3 counts of conspiring to match fix including pressuring Port Sung midfielder Lu Tuītè to get a red card during their home match with Sing Ren Dragons.

In addition to his jail sentence, he is also permantely barred from entering any gambling establishment including casinos.

COAST GUARD HELICOPTER ATTACKED BY KASHGAR YOUTHS.

President Gong Chūrù has condemned Kashgar youths for throwing stones at a Coast Guard helicopter whilst rescuing a fisherman during a stormy weather.

Bing Wéifú’s boat flipped by the ocean waves at around 1500 yesterday. Mr Bing used a flare gun to alert the coast guard of his presence.

Due to the stormy weather, a helicopter was deployed at the scene in lieu of a boat. Whilst the operation of rescuing Mr Bing is successful, it was marred by Kashgar youths throwing stones at the coast guards. President Gong later released a statement condemning acts of violence against the coast guards.

BAI LUNG CAN DECIDE LAND MANAGEMENT AS RESPONSIBLE LAND MANAGEMENT IS REPEALED.

The move to repeal the Responsible Land Management resolution at the World Assembly has been successfully repealed.

The repeal resolution was passed 8,364 votes to 2,003. Reason for repeal claims the then existing resolution is overzealous.

President Gong Chūrù has praised the WA for repealing the resolution, calling it a dangerous piece of legislation.

The Conservative Party has held onto a council seat in New Hunan by a narrow margin.

Li Kètè won the seat by 49%, beating 5 other candidates who were campaigning to replace disgraced predecessor Peng Dītì who was ousted from office following a corruption scandal in the city only 2 weeks ago.

The Conservative was widely expect to retain the seat despite the massive scandal but the margin of victory is closer than usual.

A local martial artist from Pingjing has been suspended by his superiors after he allegedly demanded a student to slap himself for making mistakes.

Wu Kǎsēn allegedly ordered Lin Wéisī to slap himself for getting his kicking actions wrong. Mr Wu ordered the student to slap himself 10 times for the 10 mistakes

Mr Wu has denied ordering the student to hurt himself and called his suspension a witchhunt against his perfectionist work ethic.

DRUG MULE ARRESTED FOR EMPTYING BAG OF COCAINE IN PORT TO HARBOUR.

A drug mule has been arrested in Port To for emptying a bag of cocaine at the city’s most busiest harbour.

Yang Hézǐ was apparently fearing that he may have been caught by authorities whilst acting as a courier on behalf of a local criminal gang.

Ironically, it was this very act of breaking open the bag with a screwdriver emptying it into the waters which resulted in his arrest.

THEATRE ACTOR APOLOGISES FOR ANGRY OUTBURST AT PHONE USER DURING PLAY.

Theatre actor Lin Wéikè has apologised to his fans for engaging in an angry outburst towards a member of the audience using a mobile phone.

Lin was the main attraction of the play Journey to the West which is playing until 30th August.

In middle of act 1, a phone went off with one member visibly using it. Lin angrily told the member to put away his phone to which the member stuck a middle finger at him and left the auditorium.

MAN JAILED FOR SAWING TREE BRANCHES IN BAI LUNG CENTRAL PARK.

A man has been handed a 2 year jail sentence and BL$5,000 fine for sawing two tree branches in Bai Lung Central Park in Pingjing.

Ning Dìyà, armed with a bucksaw, spent 30 minutes cutting down two branches from two different trees. Initially, no one paid attention to his act. It was act of sawing the second which resulted in his arrest. Mr Ning has not expressed regret for his actions, claiming that he is using the branches to create “the greatest potion” in the nation.

In addition to the prison sentence and fine, Mr Ning has been barred from entering the park permanently.

MAN ARRESTED FOR STEALING LIFT DOOR.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of stealing a replacement lift door at a high rise apartment in Pingjing.

28 year old Deng Kèlǎng was accused of stealing a replacement lift door at the Grasshopper flats, then attempted to store it in his apartment. A good Samaritan informed the engineer that Deng took the door.

Deng has denied stealing the door, blaming it on neighbours who took it to his apartment.

Kashgar leader Jumyri Andropev has condemned a widely circulating flyers claiming that he purchased a private jet and uses it to fly around the East Pacific.

The appropriately named flyers claimed Andropev is using the BL$60 million jet whilst his own people are starving as well as contradicting his culture which forbids flying.

Andropev has condemned the claims, calling it another smear campaign by “the foreign occupiers”.

A mysterious power outage has affected half of Sing Ren leaving many residents without power.

At around 1700 Sunday afternoon, the Hanfu area was affected by the blackout then 5 of the 12 districts suffered blackouts within 10 minutes of the initial blackout.

After a round the clock repair efforts to restore the blackout with power restored citywide by 1900 Monday.

A man has been arrested for conspiring to blow up his Da Tang series 5 e-bike outside one of the dealerships in Pingjing.

Wang Fènfēng was arrested at his apartment in the capital with police accusing him of planning to blow up his e-bike outside Da Tang’s flag ship store in Hunan Street. A neighbour tipped off the police after his behaviour became erratic and blamed the bike manufacturer of controlling his mind.

Police found bottles of corrosive chemicals in Wang’s apartment suggesting his intentions to blow-up the dealership.

President Gong Chūrù has denied that he intends to hold face to face talks with Kashgar leader Jumyri Andropev.

The rumour came from an alleged leaked memo claiming that President Gong will liaise with individuals close to the hardline leader.

But President Gong has firmly denied the claims, calling the Kashgar leader as a Bai Lungese citizen and suggested that he should talk to his local MLA for issues in his district.

PRESIDENT GONG CUTS RIBBON TO LAUNCH DAY ONE OF BAI LUNGESE SALT-GLAZE POTTERY FESTIVAL.

President Gong Chūrù has turned up at the Pingjing Salt-Glaze Pottery Festival, cutting a ribbon to commence the event.

The President was at the opening day of the 10 day event at the Blue Lotus Mall in the capital. Spending around half a day to speak to constituents, he held a speech praising the centuries old practice of pottery decoration.

Event goers will have a chance to win a limited edition pottery made by artist Wu Bātài through a prize draw costing BL$5 per ticket.
