Pursuant to Article I, Section 2 of the Concordat & the Standing Orders of the Magisterium, this proposal needs a special majority of 2/3 voting Magisters to pass. In addition, the quorum of 50% must be upheld.

Voting period of 168 hours (1 week) occurs between the following time period
Saturday, October 28, 2023 4:30 AM UTC→Saturday, November 4, 2023 4:30 AM UTC
