“1993, the state of the government and economy was pretty bad. A hard recession hit. The state had begun to fall apart from a democracy to a single-party state. Out of the many political ideologies that started to stand out, Fascism appealed to both the military and masses. When I began to read about it, I soon became a member of the NFPD, the National Fascist Party. When the revolution happened, I was only 15, but still I choose to fight, and by March 1994 I had become a well know person in my unit, of course by 1995 we flew our current flag over the Palace, my unle became Kaiser. Which why I’m Kaiser now”
All three Vulshainians were surprised by this. “Um…So, fascism is in charge now, correct?”
“Yes, I’m both Kaiser and National Chairman of the party” “It is the largest party party, followed by the Libertarians and National Socialists”
“Oh…okay. You’ll have to excuse us, but our nation has had some bad experiences with fascism in the past, I’m afraid. Still, it seems that your nation lacks the major problems of fascism such as racism and bigotry,” Eszter said.
“Actually, that would be the National Socialists. Hateful bastards”
“Ah I see,” Yalela said. “So, you’re of royal blood, correct,” she asked.
“Yes, dating back to about 1756” the limo stopped as he looked out the window “Oh, appears were here”
The three Vulshainians looked at the Imperial Heritage Museum. “Looks impressive,” Eszter said.
“Sure is” the first thing that greeted them was an old KV-1 tank. They walked past it and made towards the door.
OOC: Blue is Lobonese, while Red is Unonian.
IC:
“Can you believe we are in a nation of fascists,” Yalela whispered to Vaska, low enough so that the Kaiser couldn’t hear them.
“I agree, but this is important,” Vaska whispered.
“Both of you hush for a moment,” Eszter whispered. She then turned to the Kaiser. “We were just discussing some important things. So what exhibits we will see here?”
“T’is fine” “Well, 1745-1853, 1853-1928, and 1928 through today. Aswell the armour, artillery and weapons and uniforms.”
They all nodded. “Very well then, let’s begin the tour shall we?”
“Alright then” they walked towards a small group with a tour guide takling “Hello sirs and ladies I shall be your guide today. We shall follow the journey what we call the Golden
Era. From 1745-1853, the 8 year republic, the war against Lajore and the formation of the National Council. Now follow me please”
The three Vulshainians listened carefully what was being said.
“Now. The golden era began with Autarch Visari Rachkijn. For nearly 48 years he led the nation, increased the military, began modernization to whatever extent in the 17th century. Amd gave more power to the Princes.” he pointed at the former royal flag of Bordania. “However his rule would end by 1793, with a revolution placing the Eight Year Republic in charge. Nearly 2,987 people were falsly accused and executed. In 1801 a military coup placed the Autarch back in power…”
OOC: If you what that refrenced you get a cookie
OOC: Killzone series?
IC:
The Vulshainians listened closely. Yalela was busy taking notes, in case this information could be useful.
OOC: Yes, but I have no cookie
IC:“Now, by 1807 the Dorlanian Colonial Empire had been established once again. But in 1809 one nation would be added, Lajore. For 3 bloody years a war was fought over the nation, with the Lajorian Kingdom to crumble under the Imperial military. Now moving on”
Yalela mentioned something to Vaska and Eszter. “Is it just me, or is was Dorlania very expanistic?”
“It does sound like it,” Eszter said in reply. Vaska simply nodded as the three them returned to listening to the tour.
“By the 1820s, owning slaves seemed to be new and exciting. But very little owned them, but the ones that did had hundreds, Including the Prince if Dorlan which was said to have 700.” He than pointed to a crude picture of a aristocrat whipping a group of people. “Also at this poiny was the rise of Capitalism in Dorlania. With the empire at nearly 3 colonies, it was well recieved but brutal. Entire cities were built in Poor houses”
Yalela asked, “So when was slavery abolished? And were there any attempts to abolished it before then?”
