Magisters are encouraged to ask any question or make any comment to these two institutions in this thread.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE
About a Leave of Absence
Magisters should only apply for a Leave of Absence (LoA) in this topic.
LoA may be requested in the #magisterium Discord channel, but is discouraged as it may be missed.
Barring extenuating circumstances as determined by the Provost, Magisters will be suspended if they have not been granted LoA status and have missed at least two consecutive votes held at least 7 days apart.

Guidelines

A Leave of Absence permits exemption from Magisterium voting activity requirements for the duration of the LoA.

Should Magisters require an extension of their Leave of Absence, they should request an extension in this thread.

Magisters that have been granted Leave of Absence status will not have their votes counted for the duration of said status. This does not preclude Magisters from still participating in discussion.

A Leave of Absence does not cover the requirement to maintain a nation in TEP. Nations should be set on vacation mode during absences.
RESIGNATIONS
About Resignations
Magisters should only submit resignations in this topic.
Resignations may be submitted in the #magisterium Discord channel but is discouraged as it may be missed.
Guidelines

Magisters may resign for any reason.

There is no time period excluding Residents from applying to the Magisterium after resigning.

Upon resignation, all votes submitted that are currently pending tabulation will be voided.
